They had an online "test" that you can take and they'll send you a list of stylist that matches your answers and personality type. Out of the 3 I got matched with I chose Jessica Maez. First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair.
