Everytable offers local, freshly-made food with reasonable portions AND it's affordable?! I live in the neighborhood, and as a student, I find it hard to find healthy options that are reasonably priced--and then Everytable opened. I tried the Chicken Tinga bowl and it is amazing. So many flavors and it tastes homemade. The price ($4.50) made this one of the most affordable and nutritious dinners I've had in Los Angeles. As it was my first time there, the staff was very helpful in telling me about each bowl and explaining Everytable's mission. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other options. This place is a lifesaver, and for once that phrase doesn't feel overly dramatic. I just transferred, moved, and then got laid off the next day. Got myself a chicken caesar salad and a Cajun fish, both almost a pound, for a grand total of $10. Somehow they are fresh and super tasty. Oh my god this kale Caesar salad was so amazing it's worth more than $5 but because it is less than $5 I will be back way more often!! The salad was so rich a flavor and so fulfilling it is amazing that they serve healthy food for less than $5. Wow!!!! A must try. The food is delicious! The portion size is perfect. The price is right! Parking sucks but that's LA, so I recommend parking a couple blocks over and walking to the location. Better to be safe then ticketed and towed. Day 1 I had a Cali mexi salad and tamales with a friend both were great. The salad had so much flavor that the dressing was nearly unnecessary. It's perfect for meal prep. I brought about 10-11 meals for $50. The mission is awesome. Arrive early for full selection and bring a reusable bag. I really really wanted to like this place. The prices are so convenient and I love that it aims to help the neighborhood by offering affordable and healthy meals. Unfortunately for me even with a lot of yummy ingredients I found it to be quite lacking in flavor and seasoning. I got a salad bowl that had black beans, pickled onions, roasted corn, cotija cheese, and cabbage shredding over a bed of rice with a nice creamy chipotle dressing. So what was the problem? I couldn't taste anything. The beans and rice though plentiful lacked seasoning (maybe a pinch of salt wouldn't have hurt), roasted corn was delicious, cabbage is naturally dry as is the rice. the pickled onions overpowered the dish and made it a little too sour. At first I didn't mind because I figured that since cotija is naturally salty it would make a nice composition once everything was mixed together, but I was wrong. The cotija just couldn't make up for the unseasoned rice and beans and neither could the creamy chipotle dressing. Since I don't like wasting food I have the rest to my mother in law who also agreed that it was just a dry sour mess. Overall everything was dry and under seasoned. I gave it two stars because a part of me hopes that maybe I'll gather up the courage and try this place again but I was honestly left disappointed and hungry. read more

I wanted to give it four stars just because I came into this establishment looking for a good SALAD and was not a fan of any of the salads I bought (3). But for the price it's not really that big of a deal. But I did really like the salmon meal . It was a big if not desensitized piece of salmon. There's something off to the flavor (in my opinion) but it may just be that I'm new to eating cleaner. The staff was Excellent very helpful. I also love what Everytable stands for there movement means a lot in my life .so I definitely recommend you give it a try . The 2 mile drive from my office in Ktown for a HEALTHY, DELICIOUS AND SUPER AFFORDABLE meal at everytable is so worth it. I walked out of the store with 2 very decently sized salads and a Kombucha for less than $12! The average cost of 1 meal in LA is about $10 without a drink so $12 for 2 healthy and delicious meals plus a drink?! That's almost unheard of anymore. I was dumbfounded by how this company was able to charge such low prices that I had to look them up. Come to find out, they help the community too! Their moto is to introduce healthy and delicious meals to low income areas to help fight obesity and diseases. I mean seriously?! I would eat here everyday just to support this great cause plus their meals are just that good. Not to mention, their menu changes by the season! Absolutely genius! I can't wait to come back and try every bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain but luckily this location has a tiny parking lot next to it along with a couple parking meters in front of the store. I paid a little over $6 for restraunt quality Jerk Chicken that was paired with collard greens, sweet plantains, and a coconut quinoa bean salad. EVERY SINGLE BITE WAS BURSTIMG WITH FLAVOR. I'm not from LA so I am frequently greeted with new food concepts and flavors pretty much every time I step out of the house, but this was one of the first "WOW" experiences I have had. This style of restaurant IS the future. Like I want to invest. I feel like it's an insanely innovative idea to create a convenience store style restraunt with SERIOUS eats. You Drop in. Pick up a pre-prepared homecooked meal with all fresh and health concious ingredients. Warm it up there to eat or take it to go. It's meal prep without having to do it yourself, and maybe you're spending a couple dollars more for the convenience. I WISH THERE WERE MORE PLACES LIKE THIS EVERYWHERE. I really wanted a good salad without paying 12 to 15 bucks. So I used yelp and found this place. I love the simplicity. You walk in pick what you want, pay for it, and either take it home or heat it up and eat there. The prices are reasonable. I paid 4.50 for the kale salad. The other items they had all look delicious and healthy. The two complaint I do have is the chicken in my salad was dry no flavor or seasoning and the parking suck. This place is perfect for students or just folks who hate cooking but want to eat healthy. read more

This place is amazing! multiple meal options. The staff is super nice and helpful. I have tried most of the salads, warm veggie bowls and chicken bowls. The mixed fresh fruit bowl is amazing. They make their own "Tajin" for the fruit. I also enjoyed the dessert bar...i think it's oats, chocolate and dates. very simple ingredients. This location now carries extra sauce/salad dressing for a minimal fee. oh and most importantly I love the fact that they give the left over food to the homeless. Job well done! read more

Settling on the Pozole was a tough choice with all the options but I get the feeling anything would have been awesome. All natural and totally healthy with an incredible mission. WE NEED THIS PLACE IN LONG BEACH! Oh, and also had awesome kids options, which is tough to find when it comes to healthy, sustainable eating. read more

Lemme first say that I admire what this place is doing. Local ingredients, vegan/vegetarian options, prices affordable to the community. Automatic win. I ordered the southern bbq and was kind of disappointed. For all of the talk about fresh ingredients, the veggies were kind of mushy. The seasoning was spot on, though. I feel bad complaining, because I think the principal of this place rocks, but I wish the food was better. They do have deals on buying meals together and a rewards program where every 10 meals you get a free one. I might come back to pick up some salads for work lunches.
