In the past 4 years, I had gained 40+ lbs due to some special medicine I was taking (and probably some overeating of hamburgers too haha). I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Juice cleanses, special diets, pills, multiple private trainers, you name it and I had done it. Unfortunately, nothing stuck. Knowing my wedding was just around the corner, I had to do something to get the weight off for good. I wanted to feel confident on my wedding day! I found Lindsay through a quick yelp search and was intrigued. Let's get this straight. This is not a special fad diet or some strict eating plan, its a way of life! Lindsay gives you the tools, skills, and mindset to make a long lasting change in your lifestyle. During the course of the 6 weeks, I lost 8+ lbs and now (more than 3 months later) I'm still continuing to lose weight by following what she taught me. I plan to be at my goal weight in the next 3 months (in time for my wedding!) And most importantly, I feel fantastic!!!!! I feel like a whole new person. I was always looking for that quick/easy way to lose weight and while I have been successful in the past, it always comes back. With Lindsay's program, I feel confident that this is something I can keep up with long term and I have already seen amazing results. Not only do I notice a physical change, but mentally I feel so much better as well. I am sleeping better and have more energy. As other reviewers have said, this is not a strict or fad diet but a different way of life. I eat out a lot and starting this program I was worried I wasn't going to be able to do that. However, Lindsay taught me some tips and tricks so that I can still eat out, drink and socialize but still eat healthy and it can still taste good. I can't wait to see what happens in the next few months!

    I first met Jovis in August after had 2 conversations prior and I agreed to be a client for 1…read moremonth. During our first in-person conversation I told him I was vegan and would only go forward with him if he could build a meal plan for me that would help me gain weight, lose my belly and maintain a vegan diet. He said he can absolutely do that for me because he has an app that's specialized to do that. Even though he stated that, he did not follow through with the plan. After the first session I reminded him about the agreement on the meal plan, he asked me to text the foods that I eat and he simply copied and pasted what I sent with a weekly format with a different background lol. I was extremely disappointed but couldn't get a refund after 1 month so I just went forward for 1 month. Also he stated that he would not weigh me, it was weird that he stated because I'm trying to gain weight. He said the results will show physically so there's no need to keep track. I was really thrown off by that. I had a civil conversation twice expressing my discontent with these matters and he didn't acknowledge he was at fault and made it seem like I was irrational in my stances. I will at least say he was always kind and encouraging his workouts were not bad but after all this we agreed that I can I write this review after I go to another trainer and get results. After about a month I gained a five pounds of muscle and lost 5% body fat. My goal is not to just bash Jovis but show that he cannot claim to do something and completely abandon it afterwards. I was very disappointed by the overall experience.

Jovis Fitness provide the client with workout plans for days the client doesn't work out with the trainer, and incases the client travel's, they will keep working out so that they wouldn't lose the progress they have achieved so far.
