I really…read moreappreciate that these guys were from Austin and still accepted our moving request with true legitimate pricing (unlike other big moving companies with lots of ifs and buts)... AND They did same day delivery + unpacking (furniture)!!! Can you believe??? I had two bedroom apartment and approx. 40 -50 boxes. I did all the packing in advance because my preference was to have my items well segregated and organized as per my choice. These guys were quick, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them just because they are very transparent and deserves good business! Thanks Kasey

Here they are covering their butts. Your employee, SHOWED…read moreUP to the site complaining of his back. I ASKED if they had blankets to cover my things, they verbally TOLD me NO. If they did, how did my things get scratched? I GAVE THEM COOKIES!!! Do NOT act like I am cruel just because I am speaking truth. No one talked to my"roommate" for her opinion. She agreed with EVERYTHING I said, but is too timid to say it. Also, THE OWNER of the house was pissed and said if he had known we were trying to go cheap, he would have pitched in to get us better movers.(get what you pay for) I was only worried about time because one person wasn't using the time to do their job. Also, if HE is the one that stuck the wrong size drawer in the wrong size slot,.... Then isn't it you guys who broke it? There was NOT another way to get it out!!! He SHOVED it in so far the wrong way that it was stuck and HAD TO BE PULLED! Also, no one ever called, or tried to make it right. If you have to try and pull on someone's heart strings to "get your way" in business.... You're failing as a business. Do you tip your construction workers?? And "feel sorry for them" when they mess up a road? I'm pretty sure their job is harder than this and they get less credit. Like I said, I PAID FULL PRICE, so he GOT paid to feed his hungry starving children of America, their daily happy meal from McDonalds. If you want REAL PROFESSIONAL MOVERS, hire HEART OF TEXAS MOVING AND STORAGE!!!!! THEY are the bomb.com!! They moved my things, (the same apartment that these guys moved) from a third story to a third story IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! If I had an oversized box, they used plastic wrap to wrap it TO THE DOLLY, SO IT WOULDN'T FALL OFF........ Hhhhmmmmm man, that just sounds a little too smart.... Using tools to make things easier?? Who would have known??

Originally they were to arrive at 12 pm. I requested they come at 1 pm due to roommate moving out as well and to make Amaya Movers had room to work. Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment. They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I have used this moving company three different times in the last four years and I…read morecan't ssay enough good things about them. The first tine they moved us was from Missouri City to Pearland with a stop at the furniture store. I was moving alone and was super anxious about everything but they were so organized, effIcient, and friendly. Nothing was damaged and I might add that the apartment we moved to was on the third floor with no elevator... The second time we moved was the same story. They were quick and professional. The third time we moved, one of the guys remembered us and was so nice. We had an infant and a time crunch and stressful, emotional circumstances. It was the end of July and exhaustingly hot. We had to make a stop at our storage unit and drop things off, so things had to be organized and loaded carefully as well. Once again, they were amazing and super efficient and nothing was damaged or lost. I cannot recommend this company enough.
