This latest excursion was starkly different from the last time I visited. The sales floor was full of merchandise, employees were readily available for assistance, and the check-out process was smooth sailing. I did need to ask an employee where to find athletic wear as I needed shorts for the gym. Not only did they answer my question, they walked me over to the appropriate area of the store. Most places nowdays simply point to where merchandise is located. Not Cabela's! What a great way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was such a pleasant experience, I will definitely come back soon.

They literally have everything sporty at this location and they've made it so modern. They have batting cages and a mini golf area set up to test golf clubs. We had so much fun just looking at everything they had within the store. They have a whole section of reasonably priced workout equipment as well & an area you can test some of it out with weights and everything. He set up me up with a fitting with Ray a few days later. The fitting made a world of difference and I felt like I had a new bike! I had to change saddles a week later and knew it was off just a bit. I stopped in on a ride and Ray spent another few minutes to make sure it was positioned correctly. While the bike business is booming they always seem to make time to answer a question or two or help out when needed. Keep in mind I'm riding a 10 year old bike so I'm not in there throwing money around to get service. It's just what they do. It's great when you find a business that goes the extra mile these days and they do it with a smile and professionalism not always found these days.

We spent over $200 on a new brake system for my 12-year-old son's e-bike, only for it to be returned to us with non-functioning brake lights. The shop failed to mention that the new system would disable this safety feature, and we only discovered the hazard when a friend pointed it out. When we reached out to rectify this, the shop was unwilling to help. Other mechanics have since confirmed the entire system must be replaced again to restore the lights. I am incredibly disappointed that my son's safety was disregarded. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
