I had some loose stones and he let me know there's not much anyone can do with them. I also had a ring that he identified as fake gold so it was pretty much junk lol. For some earrings that were 18k, he told me that there wasn't much gold (they were small) and because of that I would not get much resale value. Most of the value was really in the labor of making the pieces. I told him the main reason I was looking to sell was because they were white gold and I preferred yellow gold. He suggested I see his colleague at Focus Plaza and get them rhodium plated instead. (And I did for $20, see pics!) CLEANING Nothing to add, he cleaned my engagement ring so it was nice and shiny again. REPAIRING Great! His repairman soldered my necklace back together. The clasp snapped off but it was an easy fix.
