He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. The store was empty except for staff, and I was greeted by one employee, which I appreciated. After I explained what I was looking for, one of the owners abruptly responded that they do not do exchanges, only buy or sell. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. He did not even look at me while responding, which made me feel dismissed as a potential customer. I also asked for their gold pricing and their buy/sell spread for silver, and the gap was extremely high, over $20, which was nowhere near competitive compared to reputable online dealers. When I questioned the pricing, they tried to blame it on a sudden price change, but that explanation did not line up with the live Kitco chart I had open on my phone at the time. Overall, my experience felt unwelcoming and overpriced. If you are serious about buying bullion or trading precious metals, I would strongly recommend comparing prices first and dealing with a shop that is more transparent and respectful.
