There is a big career goal of mine that I am working out for. Can't go into specifics but it is something I have to conform to body fat standards for and have to be super physically fit for! Megan is a fantastic trainer. She is very knowledgeable and very educated. She has a Masters Degree, which initially drew me to her; I knew she'd know her stuff. Her prices are pretty affordable, too. She is very good at making a plan that is personalized for you. It's not just the workouts, but also the meal plans that she customizes for you. I am NEVER bored with our workouts as we do different things EVERY time I go in, and I love the diversity. I've been with her for over 6 months and feel and look so much better. Megan at Every BODY's Fit is the BEST trainer that I have found. I originally went to her for assistance on beginning to work out again after a six month absence from the gym. She has helped me reclaim my love for working out and living a healthy lifestyle. Some of the hardest workouts I have ever had were done with her and small group. She has a way of not letting on that the workout is extremely difficult until after the workout is done. She has shown me how mental completing workouts can be. Best gym experience! I'm not one who likes 'going to the gym', but working out with Megan is a great time.. She puts on the music and we get to work.. I get the benefit of a full service gym but enjoy private, professional one on one training geared to my needs. She is very knowledgeable about multiple methods and workout approaches and continues to educate herself to keep current with any new trends. This is a fantastic gym, just want I wanted. The facility is up to date and very clean and the Free Weight Area is great. Also, the Cycle equipment is awesome, as it means you do not have to jog in between the exercises, creating a choice of different things for different parts of your body. The staff is brilliant and help you as much as you want, so if you want to go round on your own you can & also if you want extra help you just need to ask. My workouts with Megan are on a one to one basis, just the way I like it; she adds the support and works with me at the ability level that I can endure...since I have had major surgery on my neck for a severe ruptured disk that almost paralyzed me.
