Terrible customer service and business, constantly the worst experience ever. This place is a total scam for sure. Will not give me the product I paid for, told me I had to come in weekly. Then I go back to get it and they tell me it's expired and can't give it to me with out another doctor's fee. I found the contract/receipt the terms say a doctor's appointment is required every 12 months, yet they insist it's now 6 months. They will not refund my money and won't give me what I paid for. The staff is constantly turning over and chancing policies without notifying their customers. Do NOT fall for any deals they try to give you in store because it's always a catch I've been there at times and they would make me pay for medication and then bring me back in the room to check my blood pressure and say they can't give me the pills anymore. The last experience I had, they told me I qualify for a free month of pills so I could get 3 months for $200. I gave them the money and then they tell me I get two weeks today and I can come back. She never mentioned it was prepay or I would have clearly declined because we never know what can happen tommorow. I told her I didn't want to do that deal because I didn't know it was prepaid and they tell me well no refunds. Even after paying DEBIT they wouldn't give me a refund and said there is no cash in the store. What if another customer paid cash after me and needed change? Weird but I was more concerned about my card being charged for medication I have to pick up in a month. You can tell they treat their employees like felons because after a employee called and asked if she can give me a refund the lady said NO and watched her on the camera untill I left. She kept calling and so I spoke with her to better u deets and why I couldn't get my money back and she just keeps saying sorry and hung up! Her name is Sandy and I have never in my life have someone on their job speak to me as if I was not a returning client or customer for their business. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! called laughing and joking over the phone while watching me on camera talking to her employees who she treats like DIRT. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. In the last year it has gone through multiple doctor and staff changes and has become incredibly shady. They make you pay for medication upfront, but won't give it to you all at once and when you go to pick it up, they don't have it. So then I wanted to buy it individually since they proved they couldn't be trusted to have on hand what I had already paid for. Then suddenly they said you can only buy two weeks at a time then two weeks later when I tried to refill again, they said oh you can only buy a month at a time. Keep in mind they take your money and then when you come to pick up your product, they do not have it. I will never go here again. read more

This place changes their policies literally every single time I've been in. I've been told that state law allows for up to three months medication at a time. Another time I was a week early, which never seemed to matter before but suddenly I was told " the computer will flag me" as the desk person pointed to a very old, very dated lap top. This is the first time I've witnessed any sort of electronic system being used for data storage in this place. They have several old filing cabinets in which patient files have always been kept, or lost as is usually the case, as my files and personal info has been lost many times. Staff rotates on a weekly basis, zero consistency among staff. This will be my last time there. It also smells like cheap air freshener on top of whatever unpleasant odor they're trying to cover up and the interior looks like they purchased their furniture from a thrift store from the 70's or found some furniture someone left discarded on the side of the road in the 1970's. That just shows that whatever "doctor" runs this place doesn't care one iota about their patients and it's blatantly obvious. If you're going to waste money on this type of business, there are much nicer, cleaner, more organized places to do so at , their prices are even more expensive than some nicer places . read more

The hours on Yelp are incorrect. I have drove twice now from Temecula to pick up my medication and they have been closed. I have arrived at 5:15pm and was told they are closed and pills have been counted even though Yelp and their website has said that they are open till 6pm! Today I drove from Temecula to get my medication in the morning to avoid this. Yelp says they are open at 7:30am their website says 8am. Well needless say I am here at the office it is 8:10 and they are still not open! How frustrating to come all this way and not be able to pick up pills that I have paid for! read more

They never even did our blood work like they were suppose to have done before they gave us "Phentermine." I had an issue with one of the staff there that seemed improperly trained there. I made an attempt to talk to someone in charge. I found that they don't have an office manager or anyone in charge nor did they offer a number to call to complain. So I spoke to the lead Medical assistant or LVN. She said that they are constantly short staffed so they don't always have the time to train new personnel. That still doesn't sit well with me. If you're working some place and dealing with patients, then you should have an understand of your job or don't see patients directly til you know how to deal with the standard of care. Another thing that I've noticed while I was there which could potentially be harmful. They have multiple multi-use vials sitting on the counter that they draw from. I noticed that most of those on the counter have needles still stuck in them and the solution is exposed to the outside enviroment. It doesn't take a medical professional to know that this is not good practice. When using a multi-use medication, you are expected to use a new needle and syringe to draw from the vial not leave the needle in the vial to be exposed to possible contaminants. It's no wonder they have you sign a release of liability before they have you start any treatment. read more

I joined because I really like the concept...AND as you may have figured out I like to EAT and DRINK so, even though I am the Duchess of 24 Hour Fitness in Oceanside, I decided to get a little assistance with vitamins and fatburners so I can continue to EAT and DRINK. The vitamin B and C shots that I get as well as the fat burners are great for how I work out and how I like to get my vitamins etc. I like it quick and easy. I get the shots to-go and do it myself at home so I can avoid what can be a long wait. I'm too busy to wait if it's packed in there. They open pretty early which is helpful. However. I am not a medical professional. And I think most of the girls that work here are not, either. They've lost my chart a few times, always ask me what shots and vitamins I'm supposed to be getting... Aren't u the ones running this business and shouldn't u know this? I'm supposed to keep track? I'm the patient not the staff. Super frustrating. Get a computer. To spend what I have here, and then for them to so easily misplace my chart and records of what I have purchased is really frustrating. A bit unprofessional. I like the outcome but I can get frustrated w this place. The girls that work here are all very nice, Jenny most recently was very helpful. The "sales" are constant...I work in sales so I get it. They always have some special that "ends today" lol. I just wish the office part of this place was more organized. However.... It did work in my favor once when they lost my chart and gave me a bunch of stuff to replenish what they had no record of me purchasing, plus extras, which was cool. It's no miracle though. I walked in waited 40mins was Never greeted. 3 screaming children ran around the whole time 2 of which were employees kids, and were never asked to be quiet. Finally get called back and the doctor had left 5 mins before I finally got called. They said they didn't notice I was a new patient and let her go. Well hello you didn't notice because not once did anyone greet me or look at sign in sheet. 2 employees stood in front of me talking to other patients about their plans in the lobby which was also disconcerting because you would think that would be private. In that time had one person greeted me they could have started my paperwork or told Doctor I was there. This place is ghetto and awful. "Did you fill out the paperwork?" Mmm...no because no one has acknowledged I am here. Paperwork given, no changes, give back to LVN. Wait. Wait. Wait. "Okay you're ready to go! She signed you off!" Wait, what? Are you going to draw my blood? I was told it was mandatory. "Oh. Right. Are you fasting?" Yea! And it's 1130 and I want to eat.... "okay hold on." 4 staff... talking about going to lunch. Chatting. On their phones. I made an extra trip on a Saturday for ZERO REASON. No blood taken because after an hour of a one patient to four staff ratio, that staff have been working way too hard and needed lunch more than I did apparently. They need blood, they can get it at my convenience next time. Or they can just refund me and I will go elsewhere. They either could care less or don't know how to do it. Probably both. I've been going off and on to this clinic for almost 2 yrs and I've always had all good experiences. The doctor was not very personable but the nurses and dietitian were great and always answer my questions and are never pushy on what they think I needed. Of course they always let me know of their sales. What they told me was exactly right. The medication or shots will not work if you don't follow the diet. They are always friendly and get me in and out quickly. They may be a little more expensive compared to what my friends have mentioned they paid, but that would be the only negative. read more
