Glenn sold us the system, and we later dealt directly with Rob regarding ongoing concerns. The last time we raised this issue, Rob gave us his word that it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. We visited the property today and found clear evidence that the agreed-upon services are not being performed. The pictures speak for themselves. This is apparently how this company treats clients when they believe there is little to no oversight. This is a complete breach of trust. We are being billed for services that are simply not being provided. There is no excuse for charging customers while failing to fulfill basic contractual obligations. Extremely disappointing and entirely unacceptable. No one from Post Alarm has returned my call.
