This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and what made it truly awful…read morewas how the owner, Britt, handled it afterward. The appointment itself was already a mess. My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

I have never felt more dismissed by a business owner in my life…read more My sister and I booked 5:00 PM appointments and arrived early, only to sit there for over an hour before anything even started. There was just one other client in the entire place, yet no one checked on us, no one communicated what was going on, and we were left completely in the dark. Our IVs were not started until well after 6:00 PM. Once we were finally hooked up, the experience only got worse. I finished before my sister and urgently needed to use the restroom. I pressed the call button multiple times and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come remove my line. Being stuck in a chair, unable to move, and unable to get assistance is unacceptable in any setting, especially one that claims to be in the health and wellness space. We didn't leave until around 7:15 PM. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into a two plus hour ordeal with zero care or urgency shown toward us. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been going to Replenish for years and have spent hundreds of dollars there. Despite being a long-time, loyal customer, my complaint was not taken seriously in the end. But the most shocking part was dealing with Britt, the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, she immediately went into excuse mode. She blamed timing, another guest, prep work, anything she could think of. When we pushed back with the actual timeline and facts, she continued to deflect and downplay the situation. Her communication was incredibly unprofessional. She would disappear for days, then come back pushing for phone calls but only offering weekend availability, even though we clearly told her multiple times we were only available on weekdays. She justified this by explaining her personal schedule, which again, is not the customer's problem when we are trying to resolve an issue her business caused. At one point, after not responding for a week, she replied to our message with a single "Ok." I genuinely could not believe that came from a business owner. She also tried to turn the situation back on us, suggesting there was a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we had pressed the call button, which we did repeatedly. Being told that their staff "didn't hear it" instead of addressing the failure is incredibly dismissive. In the end, she refused to issue a refund and instead told us "you both received the therapies you ordered" and that she thinks "it's time for us to move on." That level of disregard for paying customers says everything. This experience was not just disappointing, it was handled poorly at every level, especially by the owner. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

I would like to think after 3 visits in the last month and a half, I'm fully committed to AOH and…read morespecifically Rosa!!! From the second I experienced her healing hands, I knew immediately she was a woman in her natural territory and in her calling. As an athlete, I do a trusty job of putting my body through intense workouts 5/6 days a week and I can honestly say my recovery did not match my output. I've been seeing Rosa for deep tissue massages and cupping therapy and it has been nothing short of miraculous. She knows her craft and it's so impressing - I'm the client who asks a million questions (in between sleep of course) and every time, Rosa answers knowledgeably and it's a full circle learning moment about my body and the suggested care. Rosa truly has healing hands, God bless her. I'll be back over and over - thank you AOH; can't wait to give some of your other services a try like acupuncture!

I wish I didn't have to write this, and I even told the front desk personnel I wouldn't. However,…read morethe thought of it happening to someone else fills me with immense guilt and dread. On my 3rd visit here, I was double booked for my dry needling treatment with Joseph. Instead of being honest and asking me to come back, they decided to treat me anyway. Unaware of the overbooking, I followed Joseph into a room where he worked on me for 5 minutes without sanitizing the area of treatment like he usually does. He turned the heat lamp to stay ON, told me he'd "be right back" and left the room. With needles in my back and a heat lamp inches from my body, I was left there for the rest of my ONE HOUR appointment. I could handle the physical pain, the intense heat and discomfort, but then the anxiety and panic set in. I felt held hostage with the needles all over my back and arms. I couldn't move at all without the needles hurting me. I couldn't even turn the heat lamp off or move it away. I was trapped. I didn't want to yell to disturb the other clients, so I reluctantly cleared my voice - rudely and loudly - to get someone's attention. Only then did Joseph come back. I immediately asked him to remove the needles (which had been in my body while I lie there alone for ONE HOUR). He took them out, and proceeded to do the routine end-of-session stuff. I had to ask him not to touch me anymore and to leave so I could they dressed and leave the room. Then, Joseph got annoyed with ME. Needless to say, I left Art of Healing in tears. I really trusted this place, but these are the types of interactions that make me NOT want to be a kind, understanding person. Art of Healing, you give me a reason to trust people less and lose hope in humanity. This was one of the most traumatic experiences I've had lately. I couldn't stop sobbing for well over an hour. I'm so incredibly disheartened.

Kindbody in Atlanta is a HORRIBLE place to go for your fertility needs! We have been coming here…read morefor almost a year now but that is only because of our insurance or else we would have left this place a long time ago! The front desk staff are NEVER welcoming. Every single time I go in, they never acknowledge me or welcome me. You would think if you work in a fertility clinic the staff ESPECIALLY the front desk employees would be welcoming. Absolutely NOT HERE. The ladies that take your blood ESPECIALLY Andrea are always in a bad mood too. When I try asking Andrea any type of question, she ALWAYS responds with an attitude. We also had a horrible experience finding out we had miscarried our first time. When I went in for my first ultrasound to check the sac and heartbeat, the main ultrasound tech whispered to the other nurse that was in the room with us about our miscarry. Instead of her telling us first, we found out by them whispering it to one another. It was very unprofessional. At first, I thought the only good doctor in this clinic was Dr. Cain but later found out we are only really a number to her. It seems like she is the only main fertility doctor here and doesn't even know who is who when she is communicating with her patients. On my second transfer, I insisted I get my progesterone levels checked the day before my transfer. Dr. Cain told me they normally don't check that but would check it if I wanted to. Well they checked my progesterone level and it was on the lower side. The next morning Dr. Cain had me raise my dose a few hours before my transfer. After my transfer, they rechecked my levels and they were within range. Imagine if I never asked to get my progesterone levels checked. Overall, this place is HORRIBLE! The worst experience for such a vulnerable time in my life. I would NOT recommend this place at all! Please consider finding a caring and welcoming place for your fertility needs elsewhere!
