Korey is an incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy practitioner. I highly recommend going in for a series of colon hydrotherapy sessions with her to reset your digestive system. Ahhh.... I love this place. Going to see Korey is always an absolute treat as we always have great conversations and she's always so encouraging. I have had several colonics and tried many wellness centers throughout Atlanta that offer colon hydrotherapy, but as many have mentioned they're usually open system and self-administered. I personally don't think those are as effective as the closed system. Though it may be awkward at first Korey makes you feel extremely comfortable, is very thorough, and always has some wellness gems to share with you. My innards feel so clean after my session and I feel light overall. Clear Path offers way more than colonics and the staff is super friendly and willing to educate you on anything. I do find colon hydrotherapy to be a little pricey but that isn't going to stop me from returning. read more

Great experience here. I called for a last minute appointment for their infrared sauna. Sue was very helpful in answering all of my questions and was able to book it ASAP. You need to always call ahead so they can get it heated for you. When I arrived I filled a short form with info and signatures. Your first visit for this service is $29 as long as you pay with a card. The sauna room is located in a small bathroom that has a shower. The sauna is small and fits one person comfortably or two but that would be super snug. The session was for 45 minutes and the temp was set to go up to 150 but it only hit 142 which was fine. You get plenty of towels and there is water if you need it. They also have an electrolyte fizzy drink so you don't lose minerals as you sweat. read more

Finally! I've found a place in this city I can get what I was looking for. Many of the colon cleansing place around Atlanta are open system (where you go in by yourself and do everything). Clear Path is a relaxing and professional space where they perform a closed system. Sue was my therapist and she was simply delightful. Since I've had them before I was very knowledgeable of the process. Sue has a warm personality and made me feel relaxed. We talked about everything. I'll be back to see her for regular appts. The space has information everywhere and her room has a bathroom inside the room. There's a special for first time visits and after is a bit pricey at $89. When I'm in Atlanta, I come here to see Sue for a colonic. She's very much a professional and has a great bedside manner which makes the whole colonic process better. Make sure to see Sue. Her treatment room is also the only one that has a private bath with a door that closes. You want that privacy after getting a colonic. The office is located in a very old building. Take the steps up to the 2nd floor, instead of the unreliable elevator. The counter point is that the prices are quite reasonable b/c they aren't paying tons for rent. read more

This was my first time ever! I'd read about it and talked to some folks who'd had it done but never got the nerve to make an appointment. I finally got the nerve and I found out about this spot via Yelp (so thanks fellow Yelpers)! Korey is a hoot! She is amazing! She explains it all and makes you feel comfortable and by the end you are glad you decided to go through with your appointment. Do it. I think everyone needs to have this done at least one time. Even if you "eliminate" on a regular basis, even if you do a cleanse, your large intestine still needs a good cleaning. read more

Highly recommend going to Korey for colonics! My mom has been to the ER multiple times due to being impacted. At the ER, the feces is removed digitally which is very painful. I couldn't put her through that again. I reviewed Yelp for colonics and I came across Korey's reviews. I asked my mom to be open minded and I brought her to Korey this week for a colonic. Korey took her time with my mom and her patience paid off tremendously. My mom has seen Korey twice this week. She already is scheduled for next week too. I am happy to announce that going to the ER is no longer an option for my mom. Colonics is the answer! I also had a colonic for the first time. I had spinal surgery on Monday. I had the urge to go to the bathroom, but the spinal pain would prohibit me from pushing. So, Korey comfortably got me on table and started the colonic. Within minutes, I was all cleaned out. So after watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead and Forks Over Knives (highly recommended if you haven't already), I decided to do a juice cleanse to lose weight and also 'get clean' internally. Since many of the experts say that it's important to flush out all the toxins that are shaken loose during a juice fast, i set out to find the right location for my first Colon Hydrotherapy (colonic). I won't lie - I don't really relish the thought of someone seeing my rear end or the process involved with a colonic, but I decided to suck it up (and let it out!) and see what it was all about. After spending several hours combing through every site for colon hydrotherapists, I decided to give Clear Path a call and see what kind of vibe I got. It wasn't the closest to my house, but I liked what I heard from the owner, Sue, who answered the phone. I made the appointment for the same day (today) and headed up to Sandy Springs. The office is on the second floor of a three-story professional building just off of Roswell Road, north of the perimeter. It's an older building, and a glance at the directory makes it appear that most if not all of the tenants are holistic/new age in style (massage therapists, nutritional counselors, etc.) After filling out the first-time paperwork and watching a 20-minute video about the rationale for cleaning your colon out, Sue brought me back at my appointment time. She was warm, calm, soothing, and explained exactly what everything in the treatment room was for, how the equipment works, and the procedures. She showed me into the private bathroom attached to the treatment room, told me to change into a gown and situate myself on the table. When she returned, she directed/assisted me with inserting the disposable nozzle, and stayed with me for the duration of the treatment. Oh - one note - after doing my research, I learned that many local practices use what's called an 'open' system, specifically the LIBBE system. From my understanding, this system is more of a do-it-yourself colonic, where the therapist comes and goes, and when you are releasing, it just sort of drains into the basin you're propped up on. Clear Path uses a different closed system, where fresh water and drainage is both happening through a tube that function as the 'in' and the 'out' (merging fresh water and drainage through one nozzle. Look it up. I don't need to be any more specific here!) Unlike the drop-in-occasionally method, Sue was with me the entire time, talking, palpating my abdomen, and using a massager to shake loose everything she could. Over the course of the 40 minutes, we did 3 fills, and the conversation was never at a lull. When we were done, I finished up in the restroom, got dressed and met her out front. Sue then gave me a small cup of fluids to restore electrolytes, recommended a couple supplements, and sent me on my way. All in all - I can't imagine using another practice that would have made an admittedly uncomfortable procedure easier for a first-timer (and a man at that). read more

She makes you feel comfortable although at first it's a weird experience if you have never had the closed system(suction, and rinse). This was the first time i came to get a colonic so i was pretty nervous about the visit... I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady that handed me some paper work to fill out and had me watch a video... Then rebecca called me in after... She was so pleasant and nice... Seeing i was so nervous... She told me there was nothing to be worried about and talked me through it... She told me everything that was happened and what we saw... This was my first time at this facility and my first time getting the closed colonic. The owner was very clear in the difference in the system and I could tell this one was more effective and more waste was eliminated. She stays the whole time massaging your stomach with her hand and with a machine. She have me essential oils in my palms to help. She was very thorough. The only downfall was she talked the entire time, she is extremely passionate about natural solutions which is fine, but it was a little unnerving while trying to expel waste. This is my 3rd time going to Clear Path Wellness Center in Sandy Springs, and the experience has been great! The first time I had a colonic cleansing it was at another establishment and I did not really like it. Clear Path uses a closed system which is much more comfortable and effective in my opinion. Korey is very good at what she does. She massages your stomach; she has you use essential oils on the palms to help relax you; she talks to you while you are doing the cleanse.
