I used Hadiya center after my regular place, Wholistic Grace was booked. I ask for a referral and she referred me to her mentor. Wow, both of these ladies are class act. I called and was able to quickly get an appointment. When I arrived the location was a bit confusing due to the location is upstairs near the lake. Once you enter the place the center is very calming and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. There were students working who were very knowledgeable regarding the process. Today was my second visit to Hadiya Wellness -- I've been in town for a few weeks, and away from my normal colon hydrotherapist so I was struggling with deciding where I should go... As a holistic nutritionist who is used to having regular colonics with a gravity therapist, I was really hesitant to try this open method. Actually, the only reason I did come in at first was because of how understanding and soothing the owner, Tasha, was with me on the phone (which has not been my experience in the past). Upon my first visit, I was made to feel completely comfortable. The little wellness spa itself was lovely. Very zen. It was also very CLEAN. Between the soothing music and Tasha's easy going personality-- I instantly felt more at ease. I left feeling so much lighter and better than when I came in... that I came back again to have another great, cleansing experience and I even tried Ear Candling for the first time-- ever!!! Let's just say that I walked out of there with a little more pep in my step. I feel calm, more balanced and grounded. Got a Groupon for a visit and came with a friend. We made an appointment for 11:00 a.m. It was our first time, the reception is clean and peaceful. They have you fill out standard forms etc. They bring you to a private room and explain the procedure to you. It is a little uncomfortable but it gets easier as you go. I came for my first colonic in years and I cannot wait to come back. I had the absolute best experience from booking to check out. Tasha is so excellent and makes you feel at ease. Everything is very clean and she takes excellent care to explain how to keep the environment clean and sanitary from no shoes past the door. The rooms are private and calming. Check out was easy and the receptionist (I forgot her name) was extremely friendly in explaining what to do after the colonic. They even offer vitamin C water on your way out. Went for the the first time to get a V-Steam/ Korean Hip Bath. The Wellness Spa was very calming and zen. Very pleasant experience. The space was very soothing, very clean and peaceful... owner was soooo friendly, knowledgeable and sweet. Went with a few of my girlfriends and we all had a V-Steam, one did a foot bath and the other did ear candling. The V-Steam was exactly what I imagined. All great experiences. I had a tough time choosing which place to go to for a colon hydration but I'm so glad I went with Hadiya Wellness! I originally chose them because they had a really cheap Groupon and I was nervous because I thought maybe it's cheaper for a reason but it's not!! It's genuinely just a good deal. The staff made me feel SO comfortable and were super friendly. I enrolled in Hadiya Institute of Colon Hydrotherapy 08/17/2021 for a self pace course. I paid $1925, $900 was for the course via IACT and the membership. However in Nov 2021 I started having system issues, when new access was given. The instructor kept telling me I had to make contact with IACT (home office) & the website to gain access the system issues occurred up until April 2022. Tasha Roberts was paid $1025 to be an admin/ instructor, in which she was not and I have proof from the IACT office that I was not in a position to contact them. Tasha Roberts charges a fee and she is to be my point of contact for any issues. In November of 2021 I made contact with IACT about Tasha and her assistant harassing me to pay the remaining of my fee but refusing to assist me with any online access issues(I have the recording also). Telling me I didn't have to finish the online portion just to come to class for they could obtain the remaining funds. I was advised by Kriste Rice (IACT home office) to complete the online portion & once completed we would request an online transcript and term the relationship with Tasha Roberts and move forward with the new instructor who was fully aware of the situation. A follow up email was sent to Tasha, that all communication was to be in the form of email only. My online access issues continue from November 2021- April 2022. In May 2022, I termed the relationship with Tasha & Hadiya Institute of Colon Hydrotherapy, due to me being misinformed and requesting more money for me to retake courses. Emails and records have been attached for proof. I'm requesting $1025 back via refund in certified funds and my transcript per our signed agreement sent direct from Tasha (Hadiya Institute of Colon Hydrotherapy), due to her lack of competence to be a qualified instructor. I will NOT be removing any complaints and or reviews, as this information is truthful. read more

Tonya (owner) is AWESOME!!! This is my first time trying colon hydrotherapy and she gets to know and really cares about each person who walks thru her doors! I was nervous with an anus that did not want to cooperate and she worked with me for 45 mins in order to get the tip in smoothly (any other business would've called it quits). Tonya found and tried 3 different nozzles until she found one small enough to go in without any pain or discomfort! She also does fat cavitation and sauna treatments and body wraps and detox and Vsteam! She gives an endless supply of alkaline water and detox teas and just makes you feel happy and at peace! I came in for one colon hydrotherapy and ended up getting 3 treatments! I came in from out of town and she even offered to come in tomorrow (Sunday) when they are usually closed in order to squeeze in a body wrap and fat cavitation treatment! I have decided she and I are going to be friends and I am writing this review while getting a treatment! FYI---the colon hydrotherapy feels better than sex! Lmao read more

i was nervous about the process, but was very quickly made to feel at home. everyone is professional and the facility is spotless. the staff is accommodating & flexible - willing to answer all questions and always tending to your needs and making clients feel comfortable. traffic off windy hill can be tricky - make sure to give yourself enough time to get there on time! overall a wonderful experience. i have already referred many friends. read more
