Holly went above and beyond--not only managing the chaos caused by someone else's lack of professionalism but doing it with grace, kindness, and a calm presence I so desperately needed. When the seamstress completely dropped the ball, Holly opened her shop the day she was leaving for vacation--literally on her way to catch a flight--just to make sure I had the chance to try on my dress and feel good before the big day. I get that some places are short staffed, but they probably shouldn't book appointments things if they're not gonna be available to help at said appointment time. We were not treated like valued customers. Also, as others have mentioned in Yelp reviews, the dress that arrived was smaller than the one of the same size that fit in the store. They said the store dress was stretched due to others trying it on. They should have mentioned that the new dress will be smaller. We had to return several times to try to get a good dress with no issues. Eventually we gave up and left with a dress we were unhappy with.

The Woman working wrote down the two style numbers of the dresses Because she knew my daughter wanted to bring the girls back to try them on. She did call to see if she could set up an appointment. She decided they would all go together without an appointment. They showed up shortly after opening. The Owner asked them if they had an appointment when they said no he said they could come back at 3:00 and they had to pay for the fitting room. He again mentioned it is Prime Prom season. So if you go to look at prom dresses you do not have to pay for a fitting room. If you go to try on Bridesmaids dresses you do? When they refused to pay to have an appointment the Owner went off on them about how he is not in the business to support the internet. The five girls left without trying anything on. I called Mark going to say one of those girls was here from Texas. He immediately cut me off and said " you don't know the whole story. Have a good day." He hung up the phone on me. They had also told my fiancée that if she did not get a deposit on the dress that she picked she would not be able to get that dress. even though the lady said they had to order it to come in. They were deceitful and dishonest and communicating with us and use predatory sales practices people to make purchases right then I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. if still intend to use this company for purchases, ensure that you ask every question about the cost and of each item before making any
