Focusing mostly on women's apparel, this store also has a section for menswear and children's clothing and there is even a pretty large selection of home items. The fabrics are mostly florals, with beautiful colors and designs. They are reminiscent of Laura Ashley or Vera Bradley, but with more bold colors and different designs. If there are people with you who are bored with shopping, they can sit down on the main floor and visit with the birds that live in the store. The clearance center has some good deals and there are often items on sale on the main floor, but the real deals are found in the basement. I've seen items priced as low as $20, and there are usually racks of clothing that are 40% off. Most recently, I found some very pretty items that will be put away for future gift giving. There are comfortable dressing rooms, plenty of parking out front and even if you don't buy anything, the atmosphere of this beautiful store is worth the visit.

Sure, prices will ALWAYS be higher, but chances are you will find something at these stores you'll never find at another. If a touristy item...finding a unique is even better. It's particularly a place to go if looking for something local. They sure have lots of that. Handcrafted items. There's even some food like maple syrup and granola, and that kind of stuff. Maybe kind of expensive, but that's to be expected. The whole selection is local. For sure there's a lot to check out in here. It's got plenty for all types of people. They're closed Tuesdays.
