We started the process to install EverLights over 2 years ago. They were very backlogged on installation, so they offered us a nice discount if we waited until Spring of 2023. It is now November 2024. We purchased through an authorized EverLights dealer, and we used their authorized EverLights installers. When the lights work, they are stunning!!! But getting them to work is a whole different issue. We have missed having lights for more holidays than the holidays that worked. The employees have all been very pleasant! No complaints there at all! However, we have had nothing but problems with our lights from the very beginning. They even extended our warranty, because of the issues. We are now out of the 1 year warranty, plus the extension, and we are still having ongoing issues. We only schedule to turn the lights on for major holidays. So when they don't turn on, it's nighttime and EverLights is closed, or it's also a Holiday, so they are closed. So, we have no lights!!!!! Repeatedly!!!!! We have had to juggle with getting the lights to turn on every single holiday, without any exaggeration! We either have to unplug the lights outside and let them reset, or unplug the inside box's cable and plug, to try and let that box reset. Or both! Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have been able to call in and have them give me support over the phone to get them working. Other times, they have had to come out to repair the problems. One time it was a defective box. One time they had to replace some of the lights. One time a section wasn't lighting. We have had random green lights turn on, and stay on all the time. They have had to come and fix those. We have 2 different zones. Right now, the main house won't turn on at all. In the app, it says that zone is not connected. When we reset the inside box, it will connect for about 3 seconds, and then disconnect. But the other out building shows as connected and lights up as it should. But that was only after the lights wouldn't turn on, and we were juggling with the boxes for an hour! They have been here multiple times to try and fix the bugs in the system. Only to have the various issues continue. Yesterday was Thanksgiving, and no lights again! I called this morning and talked to Kyle. I was told that they are backlogged with repairs and install and it would be January 13th before they could come and even look at the problem. That we were out of warranty, and it's a $100 fee for them to come out. But, since we can't get it fixed until 3 weeks after Christmas, they would waive the $100 fee this time. If you look at the EverLights website reviews, they only post their 5 star reviews, and I can't find anyplace on their website to leave a review. I find this to be false advertising on their part to not include all reviews. These lights are amazing, when they work! I love being able to create my own custom patterns and colors. It's a great concept! But they need to work out the bugs! We have spent thousands of dollars on EverLights, but we have no lights to show for it! I'm writing to share my ongoing frustration and disappointment with the Everlights permanent holiday lights we had installed in July 2024. Since day one, the product has been nothing but problematic. We've experienced repeated light failures -- at least six individual bulbs have gone out across the strands. In some cases, it appeared moisture had gotten inside, which is alarming for a product designed and marketed as permanent outdoor lighting. In February 2025, we had all the strands replaced under the assumption that the original batch was defective. This time, the installer used mounting channels instead of attaching directly to the gutter, thinking the added protection would prevent future issues. Despite that effort, two more lights have already failed -- the same problem all over again. To be clear, our installer has been great: responsive, helpful, and clearly doing their best to remedy the situation. The real issue is with the Everlights product itself. For a premium-priced solution advertised as long-term and reliable, the failure rate has been completely unacceptable. Instead of enjoying our lights, we've spent the better part of a year dealing with replacements, service calls, and ongoing disappointment. Before posting this review, I reached out directly to Everlights with a message similar to this one, hoping to get some kind of response or resolution. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. Going on a public forum to express my displeasure is not my first choice, but at this point, I feel it's necessary to warn others based on my experience. Bottom line: I would absolutely not recommend Everlights to others. The product has not delivered on its promises, and the lack of customer support only adds to the frustration. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and begins to address the ongoing product quality issues. read more

Title: $6,000 Lighting System Still Not Working - Requesting Refund or Full Replacement Review: We invested over $6,000 with Caliber Lights for a permanent holiday lighting system, expecting reliability and long-term value. Unfortunately, the lights have not worked for a single holiday since installation. Over the past 8+ months, we have repeatedly reached out to both Caliber and the manufacturer (Everlights) for solutions. Caliber has been out five separate times to attempt repairs. Each time, the lights work for only a day or two before failing again. Caliber continues to blame the Everlights product, while Everlights provides no clear resolution. As the paying customer, we are left caught in the middle, with neither party taking true responsibility. We have been extremely patient, but the reality is that we spent thousands of dollars for a system that has never once worked as promised. Beyond the financial cost, the repeated failed service calls, lack of accountability, and poor communication have been unacceptable. Requested Resolution: At this point, we are asking for either a full refund or a complete replacement system that will function properly as advertised. After months of unresolved issues, this is a fair and reasonable resolution. We strongly caution other customers to carefully consider this before making a similar investment. read more

One of the worst companies to deal with and one of THE WORST & MOST DANGEROUS products on the market! I spent over $2,000 on a set of exterior lights that NEVER worked consistently with my cell phone. The bridge was continually disconnecting from my phone. I had three different bridges changed out and it NEVER fixed the problem. Customer service contact to the main company is NON-EXISTENT! ALSO, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR. I eventually had them removed from my house, and good thing I did. I was told by the original installer that the purple lights are known to catch on fire when wet. Not only are buying these lights a big bite to your wallet, they will put you and your family's lives at risk. read more

Everlights came out to the house as I previously wrote. After a month of use and testing, My controller went offline again and the lights went on in a random pattern. I rebooted the controller per Everlights support and things started to work again. Two days later the controller went on the fritz again with the same random pattern except this time only half the lights were on. So unless Everlights has something to offer that's better, I'm afraid 3 stars is all I'll be able to give. The system sort of works now but I have to go through a controller restart and zone setup every time I want to use it. Unfortunately, not a good customer experience! Sigh! read more

The driver of the white jetta #200, you might want to drive better and not so erratically when you're in a company vehicle. I was half way in the lane before you decided to speed up and dang near rear end me! Then driving all over the lane and tailgating people. Not cool! Esp 65 miles an hour up Bangerter.
