Luke and Jackson did an amazing job on our patio. It was in pretty bad shape and an ugly red color. Luke helped us pick a great color and finished the job in just 2 days. We would definitely recommend them. read more

My experience was all positive with Luke and Everlasting. Communicated and responded to inquiries and questions promptly and was confident about there quality. And my walk and drive were not easy but the finished product is great! I showed him concrete that was well done but wasn't consistent in color and finish. Now, it is! Thank you again Luke and Jackson! read more

Had outstanding experience with Luke at Everlasting Designs. We couldn't be happier with Luke's work. Luke was always on time, and communication was always clear and pleasant. Luke is a pro! Our driveway, walkways and patios have never looked so beautiful. Neighbors walking past our house stop and ask who did the work, and we are more than happy to share Luke's name with them. We very highly recommend Luke at Everlasting Designs for the best possible outcome for your project. Thank you, Luke! read more

Luke, the owner, talks a good game (confident salesman) but if you get other estimates you'll find that he is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive (40% in one case) than his competitors. He claims this is because he uses a "better product" but I saw the product he uses in his truck (manufacturer label) and it was the EXACT same product the other competitors quoted. Plus he DOES NOT have a valid contractor license, nor is he insures. Buyer beware. read more

Look, I know you don't know me, but I'm gonna need you to trust me. :-) Luke and his team are AWESOME!!! Hiring him is the best decision you'll make all day, all month, maybe even all year. In July 2023 he re-did my ugly sunburned pool deck/patio and turned it into a stunning backyard that I am absolutely thrilled about. All along the way he demonstrated clear communication, met and matched all time/job commits and did what and when he said he was going to do. All for a fair price. He helps with color selection and uses his artistic talent to deliver you exactly what you didn't even know was possible. I definitely recommend Luke!! P.S. I live in Folsom... not San Francisco, Not sure why it says I am there. (shrug) P.P.S. - I just read other reviews and want to make one additional point. Power washing is a dirty job. The dirt goes EVERYWHERE. As much as they try to tape off your yard, they can't protect everything. To avoid any surprises... here are a few things to keep in mind... 1. Move everything off your patio and move it far, far away. Power wash spray travels a long way. 2. Plants on the edges of your project will take a beating. Perhaps place an upside down plastic bucket, or 5 gal nursery can or something similar to protect any plants that you don't want battered to death. Even a large trash can for larger plants, or wrap in frost cloth. In my case, I am learning the hard way - I have some plants that are victims of the power spray. They will die. Can't be helped. I don't blame Luke in the slightest - I should have predicted this and protected them. 3. Your pool is going to get funky. Dirt and paint will get in there, Can't be helped. After you let your project dry, you will need to scrub all the dirt down to the bottom for your robot vacuum to clear and run your filters for hours (maybe even days) to get it clean again. Nothing you can do about it - that's just the way it is. If that bothers you, maybe look into getting a cheap cut-to-shape bubble pool cover that you can lay on top, and then throw away after the job. 4. If your project also means washing a flagstone or rock patio that has polymetric sand in the joints - well - power washing removes big chunks of it. Nothing you can do to prevent that. I'm planning on refilling after it is all dry. Luke is a GREAT guy and you will not be sorry you hired him to make your home look beautiful! read more

After years of sun (and hardly any rain) my house and driveway had taken a severe beating and was looking pretty worn down. I was able to get my house painted and changed my color scheme, which was great, but it made my driveway look even worse. After interviewing several contractors, we ended up going with Luke at Everlasting Concrete Designs. I could not be happier with the results. Is he the cheapest? No. Do you get value for the money and an amazing result? 10/10! Communication was excellent. He arrived on time and took care with even the little details. His artistry resulted in a perfect match. Very happy. Would highly recommend! read more

We hired Everlasting design guys to stain our concrete. I wish I would read other reviews before we hired them. They are not fake as I figured now. Luke sounds like nice guy, who loves what he does, but unfortunately they were not able to meet our expectations. They gave as a quote that was 60% -70% higher that market rate and it was not worth it as we will hire another company to redo it. While they pressure washed the concrete, everything else around including outdoor furniture got dirty as they did not cover it. While they sealed it my plants were not covered. This should not be like that. When I came to check out the work and looked through the window, I thought that they didn't even start the job. I am attaching picture to show the final result with 8 layer coating that they applied to it. My concrete didn't change much and is not smooth at all after the job was done. I am still wondering what Luke meant when he said that our backyard will look beautiful? Unfortunately It did not turned out this way. read more

Luke did an amazing job on my family's stained drive. It is absolutely beautiful (and frankly seemed so much nicer than many of the other stained drives in the neighborhood). I had so many questions and he was so patient in explaining the process to me. The staining gave the entire house a "polished" look and I would highly recommend this company (and especially Luke) for this work. read more

We decided to use Luke after seeing a few driveways in our neighborhood that he did that looked great. We told Luke that we wanted to keep the colors very light. He listened but also gave us some of his ideas, but always ready to go with what we wanted. We decided to just let it ride and give Luke the go ahead to go with what he thought would look best. We were NOT disappointed. I could not be happier. People have walked by and even driven by ... and stopped to compliment our new paint. Luke worked hard to add a beautiful touch to our home. read more

To be fair, the work they did looks good and I've been 95% happy with the way it turned out. My issue, and the reason I'm leaving this review is the way I was handled after the job was done. Luke was super nice, fast, and accommodating before and during the work. When I contacted him after it was done with some questions and concerns, that's when things broke down. I noticed a couple of spots on the driveway where the stain had lifted off. I contacted Luke to see if he would do something to come out and do some touch up. He originally told me the stain would last several years, but the spots appeared after less then one. NO PROBLEM! I understand things happen. I wasn't even upset. Based on Luke's attitude before the work was done, I fully expected a "no problem, I'll get out there." I think a "freebee" touch up is reasonable, but would likely have paid to have it made right again. I'm easy! Luke gave me the "no problem," but only after a few calls and texts. He was slower and slower to reply and then just didn't do anything. He told me he would send someone out, but didn't. He stopped calling or texting me back. I rarely leave a bad Yelp, but I found Luke on here and chose him based on his good reviews. It would have been nice to have a review like this one to give me the whole possible picture. read more

He did a terrible job that had to be redone by a qualified contractor. He talks a good job but his work quality is very bad.

THIS BUSSINESS IS FRAUD! Ask for his license number and he WILL never give it to you... He claims to be bonded and insured, but he has NOTHING to prove it... Over 3 of my neighbors in Folsom had him do jobs based on Yelp reviews and ended up with a ruined project... Make sure you check other posts and see the pics... Make sure to ask him for his license number before you hire him and go check it at: https://www.cslb.ca.gov/onlineservices/checklicenseII/checklicense.aspx read more

We had approximately 8,000 sq.ft. of stamped concrete that was peeling and looking horrible. Luke and his crew did a fantastic job restoring everything to better than new condition and added anti-slip into the mix for the area around our pool and areas with a slope. Luke used top of the line materials and applied many coats to achieve the excellent finished product and leave us with a lasting finish. I have never seen a crew work this hard to get a job done in a timely manner. They arrived on time, kept in communications with us so that we knew the status of the project, and protected our plants, structures, etc by masking off and wrapping the areas. read more

Everlasting Design's owner Luke does beautiful work and is a man of his word. He and his crew brought our patio to life last year with a great job. His knowledge of the product, identifying what we wanted with respect to colors and pricing were very thorough and very fair. When some of the areas began to flake, Luke was quick to get back to me and when he saw the flaking, stated "this isn't right". He returned in a timely fashion and with his crew put another stain on the entire patio and resealed. Luke and his crew did a spectacular job and our patio looks beautiful! I highly recommend Everlasting Designs with Luke to get the job done the right way............you won't be disappointed! Steve W. read more

Although our job was not too big, nor difficult... Luke did an outstanding job and paid attention to details beyond our expectations. Unhappy with their work. Unsure how my review was changed to positive words. Many years later, tile in our pool is still stained because of their lack of care. In addition, they were not careful with spray in front driveway and sprayed our front door. The chrome handle & door has a layer of the stain that we cannot take off. We had asked them to come back & fix these things, and one guy came back for 30 minutes. He told us he would be back and we never saw him again. read more

Wonderful company!! So impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. 100% recommend.

Contacted several concrete companies to get my driveway redone and Rv access done. I've found several contractors must be so busy because they don't show up or seem like they're inconvenienced. When we bought our house just about 6 years ago the cement in the backyard looked awful and had gotten worse. Patchy, discolored, and the color was horrible. We knew we were going to have to do something but didn't know what and then a friend referred Everlasting Designs. I called and Luke got back to me right away and came to see our backyard. He explained exactly what he would do and did just that. Taking both our house color and what we said we wanted into account, Luke created a color just for us. He did a sample and we loved it! He suggested doing the 'trim' cement in a darker color which I wasn't sure about but it looks great - he is quite an artist. Our job was done in exactly the time he estimated, he left everything clean and tidy - lots of prep work was done and Luke is very picky about how the cement looks before he starts his process. I would highly recommend Everlasting Designs. read more

If I could give Luke (owner) at Everlasting Concrete Designs 100 stars I would. He is the most talented, caring, creative professional contractor I have talked with in years! His suggestions were spot on. We couldn't be happier with our concrete color and sealing. His advise, helped make a 30 year old patio and pool deck (that we had thought was beyond hope) and made it look better than the day it was put in. read more

He was a very slick fast talker and when I asked about product application all he could do is say I volunteered at church as you can trust me. He applied a small amount to show me and I was very clear it was absolutely the WRONG color and I said no. He said he would fix and we could review. He came back and did one large area and said it's the only way I can do it, it will fade out in a few years. He left and someone else in his crew did the job. The next day Luke returned in muddy boots and walk in my main area leaving muddy foot prints that took off the color. So these foot prints are part of my patio. He said I'll fix it in a few weeks then never answered my calls. Next time I was able reach him he said I'm in Hawaii and your job is not something I can fix so don't call me. I asked for a refund and never got any response. My paint began to fade and peel almost immediately and I was not ever having him back. Meanwhile he went onAngie's list and wrote a review and signed my name I couldn't get them to take it down. He did say he loved our gated community as people have money and don't know what he does so it's good business for him. Beware of him!!! Total SCAMMER read more

This was a major project for us, front and backyard, about 7500 ft.² Luke, the owner of Everlasting Concrete Designs was very professional, polite, and honest and handled the project with ease. When we first met, he informed me that he would do all the work himself, which I believe is an asset as many owners will bid a project and then send out "less than exceptional" employees. Because Luke said he would do all the work himself and guarantee the work, we decided to proceed with Everlasting Designs. The job went very smoothly as Luke was very detail oriented and service oriented. We work nights, and he needed to get started early so he was very quiet and didn't wake us up when he started in the morning. He made adjustments to the project while he was on site, significantly improving the outcome, with a beautiful result! He is excellent with color applications, materials and very artistic. The final result was exceptional, and the quality of the job was so clearly evident, that many of the neighbors walking/driving by stopped to ask us who did the project, and quickly Luke had several new opportunities in our neighborhood. He made sure we were pleased with the outcome. In fact, he went overboard to help us out by coming back after the project was over to move the furniture back into place. He also added extra sealer at his own expense to improve the cosmetics in several areas. Our experience was excellent, and we would recommend Luke and Everlasting Designs without reservation! read more

We had our back yard patio resurfaced by Luke Williams. He did a fantastic job, with attention to detail, precision application and a huge desire to please the customer. This guy Luke, does not deserve your business. Even though his mail box was full and did call me back. However, I found Luke to be rude and unwilling to hear fully what I wanted to say. Any business would at least hear out what a potential client would want even if they were initially wanting to do a DIY project but has reservations in doing it themselves. Luke gave me no chance to explain other than asking me point blank if I wanted to do the project myself. I replied that I would like to but didn't have a chance to finish before Luke told me to go talk to someone else and get the information from them. Luke did not even hint at letting me know what his service could do or offer to me. From a sales standpoint I have met several people who would love to do a project themselves but neither has the means or the knowhow to do so. This guy may have the market even cornered on a design in the Sacramento area, I just don't know but he does not control the word of mouth and who else this complaint gets out to. Good luck working with this guy on any level from a customer standpoint or even on a professional co-existing similar business. Signed: CS read more

We recommend Everlasting Concrete Designs. The owner, Luke, is very personable, helpful, insightful, and, as mentioned, he has a great work ethic.
