My first three orders have all been fantastic and exactly what I expected; my fourth had a small hiccup and yet it's the reason I'm writing this review. As a customer, it says more to me about the character of a business and its ownership in how they act when things don't go quite right, as opposed to when everything is perfect. I went to pick up my fourth order today and my order wasn't quite right. Image Masters and Ann are bending over backwards to solve the problem and it means the world to me. They're a local Auburn business that's been in operation for more than forty years and I can see why. All of my awards and trophy needs for my businesses will run through Image Masters going forward. My highest recommendation for their work and their customer service.

I heard about this company from a colleague who had done business with them in the past and was pleased with the product they put out. He said he had a little trouble when ordering but was able to get on the phone and get it all worked out. Unfortunately when I went to check out, I was put in the same situation I've been in when dealing with other companies as well, with shipping across the country. So I did what I could to explain my situation of a simple email to the company. Ring ring... Denise Sawatzky (Owner/Operator) of TAGS calls me directly. After a few short minutes Denise and I had everything worked out and my order was place. I had requested an engraving for my order, and Denise let me know that the Jack, her engraver, would be emailing me a proof to make sure everything looked good before sending my order out. Shortly after, an email from Jack. The proof looked great and it was clear that he did some research to add some small personalized detail, other than the simple verbiage that I provided to them. A very pleasant and welcome surprise. Denise called again to make sure the proof was good, and shortly after I received another email that my order was shipped! I wasn't expecting such amazing and expedited customer service, but this organization gives me faith that there are still companies out there who care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to provide the very best business possible. Thank you Denise, I will be sure to recommend you all to my friend family and colleagues.

With the pandemic upon us, there is no formal graduation or walk to receive graduation diplomas. My daughter has accepted the fact that her graduation is simply different than her older brothers graduations. Her high school is doing a virtual graduation that will be streamed online. Students and families will be able to watch the ceremony online. Each student is submitting a photo of themselves in their cap and gown so that their photo pops up when their name is called. My daughter worked very hard in her academics, and has received cords for the school district honor society, national scholars honor society and for her volunteer work that she's done throughout her school years. She also received her "Magna Cum Laude" Medallion of Honor. Her medallion arrived without the medallion ribbon to hang the medallion around her neck. Due to timing, it wasn't possible to have the proper medallion ribbon shipped to us before the photos were due. I reached out to an online awards company and they said that they could overnight ship a ribbon to us for $34.00. I then called Athletic Awards that is located on Republican Street in Seattle. I explained the situation to Monty who is the owner. He let me know that they have the ribbons in stock and that if I wanted to drive over to their store that he has curb-side pick-up available. I drove over to purchase two different ribbons so that my my daughter could choose the one she liked best. As Monty and I chatted, me from my car with a mask on, and Monty from the sidewalk with his mask on, he said, "Here, they're yours, no need to pay for them." His generosity and empathy for my daughters situation came directly from his heart. I encourage each of you reading this post to please lean in and bring your business to Monty and his team at Athletic Awards if you have any kind of an award need. Monty, my hat is off to you. Thank you for your amazing generosity. All the best, Jim
