Had to leave a review for this guy because, MOE WAS AMAZING! Obviously car accidents are no fun so I was pretty scared to say the least. When the police arrived the estimated time for a tow was about 30 minutes. However! MOE arrived in 15 minutes and was extremely professional, kind, and empathetic. He explained the ins and outs of what he was going to do (you can tell he's been doing this for a while), his confidence definitely put me at ease. Since I had to wait to be picked up, he helped grab my stuff and walked me to his truck so I could stay warm but also for my safety. Such a nice guy, couldn't be happier with his service. They towed my 20ft car trailer from Airway Heights to there impound yard.. 10 miles max.. it was a week day. I called them 2 hours after they towed my trailer. I had a flat tire after dark and called AAA for roadside service. Evergreen State Towing responded right away and sent Adrien to the rescue! I was anxious and didn't know where the special tools were kept in my vehicle to remove the lug nuts or unlock the spare tire under my truck. I wasn't very much help but Adrien was very patient and helpful. He located everything we needed and was able to change my tire right away to my great relief!! I'm not at all surprised to see the other reviews here. Driver (Brandon "Moe," I believe) was not only unprofessional, his behavior made me very uncomfortable. First, he called and tried talking to me on his way, which was awkward. I have used AAA many times and have never had a driver call and try to chat me up on their way to me... 35 minutes before they even arrive. (They always just shoot me a text when they're a few minutes away.) On the phone he mentioned this was his first day and he didn't know "how to do it" but he would "figure it out." This made me feel even more hesitant to have him handling the job at all. Once he arrived, he started talking the minute he got out of his truck and never stopped. He would not even let me tell him what was wrong with the truck, he just kept insisting he had to "yank it" from the passenger side. If he would have shut his yappy mouth, he would have known the truck was drivable (in 2WD) as far as getting it onto the flatbed - it didn't need to be "yanked." (This is why a flatbed was sent by AAA in the first place; I didn't want it hooked!) He kept on about how he was going to have me watch the road while he backed up to it (which wasn't even necessary). Believing he was inexperienced, I kept trying to tell him there were other issues I wanted to explain to him before he "yanked" on anything. Each time I tried to explain, he kept interrupting stating it "didn't matter" because he was "going to have to yank it regardless." Well, it DID matter because he wanted to pull it from a fragile part that was not broken (yet), and I didn't want him breaking it! Then he wanted me to sign the damage disclaimer. I said I wouldn't sign the disclaimer until he listened to what I had to say. He turned around and kept talking as he got in his truck yelling back at me to call for a hook truck as that's what I need, as he drove away. (AAA is sending another flatbed out now.) This review is primarily for David who helped me in a pinch when I felt like no one would! I was waiting for Triple A for 2 days and had to reschedule my appointment, I'm pregnant so you just do things at specific times and this appointment was important! So when I got a call from David that he was on his way one hour before my appointment, I asked if he could get me done before 10am. He said, I'll get there as quick and safely as I can. It was snowing and he made it in 30 mins! He jumped my battery and got my car started. He also waited to ensure as I left everything was working properly. I made it to my appointment and I'm just so grateful. He said they've been super busy and I'm just glad he picked up the phone and came to save my day. From our phone call on Sunday, she answered with an attitude and despite the prices listed on the wall of the building for the service i was requesting . she told me it was absolutely not possible to help me that day , and continued at higher and higher volume "MONDAY AFTER 8AM" Went in monday , my vehicle was in fact not there. she took copies of my license , and wouldn't give it back despite me having no business there , stated "it'd be shredded" but no way to know . My niece was stuck in a snow bank. We contacted AAA via the internet. We were hooked up with Evergreen Towing. Originally, we were informed that assistance was over three hours away. Within a few minutes, Evergreen said they would be there in 30 minutes. When Evergreen arrived, we found out that we had requested the wrong service. The driver drove off, but returned two minutes later. The driver, Adrien, said his supervisor said to get us out of the snow bank. I'm sure Adrien went to bat to for us, but his supervisor was totally on board. Less than five minutes later, no charge, no hassle, we were out of the snow bank. Thank you, Evergreen!!! I was on my way from the Tri-Cities Washington to a repair shop in West Spokane (^140 miles) . I made the entire trip with out issue until I was 10 miles away. I only had a couple hours till the shop closed, and I had a broken throttle cable. I called AAA, , and they sent Evergreen Towing to assist. Alex was amazing. He was on a previous call when he was assigned to my case, and he went the extra mile in order to ensure he was able to not only pick me up, but to deliver my vehicle to the repair shop prior to their closing. He was extremely careful with my customized 1974 Volkswagen Beetle convertible, including padding the rim straps to avoid any scratches. The style of flatbed that he uses is articulated, which assists with a lowered vehicle. I would highly recommend Evergreen Towing for any tow, but especially those needing extra expertise, such as an exotic or a lowered vehicle. Extremely great customer service. I worked a job for these guys and the OWNER DAN ripped me and at least one other guy off I was driving a pallet jack moving the tallest/ heaviest pallets that can go on a semi told us "do it quick and safe and do what you can I'll be sure to give you plenty of extra hours" the reason he said this (besides pulling one over on us) is because the load in the semi ROLLED OVER ON THE FREEWAY after one of the three of us said frick it and left after 30 minutes me and one other guy had to painstakingly move 10 of the most unmovable pallets you can imagine (my foot even gets crushed but besides the point) the OWNER shorted (at least me) by half an hour and even after I offered to come back the next day to finish up but thats what you get for being nice absolutely heinous and borderline illegal read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. We had permission to park in a parking lot my husband delivers groceries to via semi trucks and because of roads, passes closing, the Christmas holiday and a driver taking time off my husband has been gone all week. Well needless to say they towed his personal truck. We show up the next day and they had parked it in a lake of a puddle that was pretty deep. When we asked if they could move it or tow it out of there they said they had no one available and couldn't help us. We had a heck of a time getting to the truck and into it. Luckily it started. Parts of the engine were under water. The front desk gal was condescending and rude. She was lying saying their rate was what it was because state patrol said this is what they have to charge, but in reality that number is the maximum that they can charge people. As for the tow breakdown they charged us for 2 hours of work to tow it three city blocks. The total tow bill was over $600 for picking it up the very next day and they would've charged us more money to pick it up the day of because it was holiday observed and an extra $90 per day it's there. Total rip off. I don't know how they expect everyday hard working pay check to pay check people to pay such astronomical prices like this. Like thanks a lot . . . Not! read more

The young Evergreen tow-man who came when I reported to AAA that there was something wrong with the computerized TRAC (or maybe VSC, or ABS) on my Prius noticed---when I tried a last time to get the tires to behave---that the back tires seemed to be locked. He said, "It's almost as if the emergency brake was on." He was right. I had unconsciously depressed that brake the last time I parked, even though the car was on a level---a possibility that never occurred to me. This embarrassing incident came two weeks after I called a plumber in to fix two low-flow indoor taps that proved to simply have clogged filters. Clearly, I need a caretaker. I had a car that was sold a year ago. I sent in the vehicle report of sale, but was unaware of the new $13 charge that goes with it. so it never transferred and the new owners never transferred it on their own. I got a call that the $200 car I sold had been picked up and had been in a fire. The towing company had $700 worth of charges for me or it went on my credit. I called and shared all of this information to 2 different members of their staff to see if they could help on the price. They were SOOO RUDE, DIDNT GIVE 2F's and charged me every dollar. I cant believe that they couldn't work with me at all as I was on Unemployment as well.... and on top of it were VERY rude. I would never do business with these guys. NEVER EVER SUPPORT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. So i paid the fees and said I would write this... not sure if it will do much. But i only work with people that have hearts and Im sure others would like to know this. WORST SERVICE EVER. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My car got stuck in some ice/snow in a parking space at an apartment I was staying at for a few days during a terrible snow storm. I had no shovel, except the small plastic shovel that I found around the apartment complex. It was basically useless. I tried for a day to get my SUV (4Wheel Drive) out, but it kept "spinning" on the ice/snow. There were cars on either side of me so I couldn't really "rock" side to side to get out...the car had to go straight back...I was in a jam. Then I wondered if my AAA covered this sort of thing. I called AAA on FRIDAY and explained *EXACTLY* what was going on and did they handle that sort of thing? I explained it WASN'T an emergency (I didn't even call the "Emergency Roadside Service" number, I made sure to call the general information number so I wouldn't waste the time of the Emergency Roadside people at AAA. AAA was great and said "Yes, we handle ALL roadside issues, even if it was in an apartment parking space". GREAT! I told them I had to leave on Sunday and they told me to call back and request a tow when I was ready to leave. So I did. On SUNDAY, I called AAA again and explained the situation and the woman assured me everything would be handled..."No worries" were her exact words. BOY WERE THEY WRONG! This HORRIBLE Tow Truck driver from Evergreen arrives and from across the parking lot yells to me (no "Hello", "How are you", etc.) : "This isn't what we do". And I explained that I had spoken to not one, but TWO people at AAA and explained to them my situation and they said it was no problem at all... Then FRACTION OF A "MAN" starts screaming at me louder...in the apartment parking lot. Now, of course, the neighbors are watching and I'm totally humiliated. And he won't stop screaming... "This isn't what we do". and "You're not 'Off Road' or in a 'ditch' "...Ahmm, yeah... I told him... I NEVER claimed to be. I told him that both people I have spoken with at AAA that I was stuck in an apartment parking spot...He's not listening at all... he just kept yelling the same thing over and over again...Then he starts TAKING PICTURES OF MY CAR! And he's still yelling at me still. I'm pleading with him to please stop being so rude and loud. I am just STUNNED by what is happening at this point... And I'm just trying to get him to STFU and stop making a scene. At one point, I said, "Why are you being so mean?"... Like I'm a 10 year old... Yeah, my bad... Then I just went inside to get him to stop yelling like a freaking lunatic. Then I look out the window and see him on the phone yelling at someone on the line... I'm guessing it was AAA. After about 5 mins, I notice he's off the phone and starting to hook my car up to his tow thing. It took him maybe 4-5 minutes to pull my car out... But he was yelling/taking pictures/on the phone for probably 30 mins... What I don't understand is: WHY DOES HE CARE IF HE'S PULLING ME FROM "OFF ROAD" OR A PARKING SPACE? ....HE MAKES THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY EITHER WAY. It was just weird and kind of scary as he was a big guy and CLEARLY in need of some mental health counseling. I'm just SO thankful my kids weren't with me. Bottom line... NEVER, EVER, NEVER, EVER use "Evergreen"... even if you *are* stuck in ditch in a snow storm...just take the L, think about what a good life you've had and hope you live enough until maybe you can get another towing company to get you out of the ditch...Just risk it all, but DON'T USE EVERGREEN TOWING! read more

This company put me through the ringer. I had an abandoned vehicle shoved into my back yard. This company is authorized by the city to tow through Code Enforcement and Code enforcement gave me the paperwork to have it done, wait for the last registered owner to be notified 10 days...have me get an affidavit notarized then Evergreen Towing said they would send someone out within an hour. Nope. Evergreen decided my paperwork was not enough so I filled out more paperwork I received for the city. Evergreen then had another appointment early AM to have me get off work, take down my fence, then still...after a clear phone call saying it was a tight spot and they would send a small truck...the BIG truck they sent was late and refused to tow it. After another call with clear instructions to call so I could get off work again and take down my fence again, they showed up unannounced with a smaller truck then insisted on charging me, and then said they could not tow it after all. I called Pull N Save and they sent Ace Towning out here and the vehicle was out of here in an hour. read more

Waited 7 hours in 20 degree weather and snow. They took the contract from AAA to tow my van. The driver finally showed up at 5 after texting saying they would finally show up at 315. Then the driver said he was cold wet and tired and didn't want to tow the van. Then left. AAA is not very happy with them either. Will never use them again. read more

My car was towed by this company after an accident. I had been taken to urgent care, so I gave my AAA card to my mom to give to driver. The driver told 3 family members not to use my triple A card and that my insurance would pay for the towing. My car according to the policeman was not impounded. The driver then told my brother to sign on the bottom line. I got a phone call the day after my injury that I owed them $323 and they would charge me every day that I didn't pick it up. I went to Evergreen Towing the next day and signed paperwork to release my car to another company. I was told twice I didn't owe any money and left with the paperwork. I was then called two days later and told if I didn't pay them the money right then, they would go get my car again and impound it again! They are affiliated with AAA by the way! The girl I spoke to said, I don't have time to argue with you. Pay the money or we will go impound your car again! I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was out and that he would agree with her. She also said I was a liar at one point! This is an awful company! They gave my family false information! I am calling the attorney generals office and will be asking them to look into illegal predatory business actions! Do not use this company! Don't ever use this service! After an accident, the employee used high-pressure tactics to coerce my friend into having her car towed to the yard instead of her house. He made no mention of an extra fee because it was the weekend, but turns out there is an extra $115 charge. The only instruction we were given is that it would start accruing extra fees after Monday. For 2 weekend nights and a tow the bill totalled almost $400. That is outrageous! The most terrible part is that they hold your car as ransom. NEVER use this tow service! read more

TODAY in February I get a letter saying it's still my vehicle and every day adds more money owed, so when I call back she said "all you have to do is release liability" so I did to THEM, not knowing in doing so that that was illegal. so now I had to refile paper work with DOL, and still have a bill with these guys.... and you couldn't just tell me "the release needs to be in the person's name who you sold it to" NO! you made me think since it was in your possession I release it to you. don't get scammed by these people if your business is with them fight to take it somewhere else. not worth the extra money or being lied to. read more

There's no quality ranking of "Bottom-Feeding-Miserable-Wretch-of-a-Company" so I have to select the lowest level it will go. We had an accident and the state patrol called for the tow truck. Evergreen shows up with a BUS HAULER to tow away our little 1 ton truck. They showed up at about 6:30 in the morning. Our truck was still driveable so we lined it up for the operator, right behind his rig. I'm sure he left the scene before 7:15 in the morning but for some reason it took him 2 hours to go 2+ miles up to their yard with our truck - billing out $218/hr along the way. They claimed on the invoice that it took a while because they had to do cleanup.....WE DID ALL THE CLEANUP! Going back by the accident site it was clear they had not done a &$#@ thing other than tow the rig. The final bill for 1 hour's work: $854.00!!!! This is a sham, disreputable, thieving, insurance-fraud-happy company and I have no idea how they are still allowed to be in business. We went up to their yard to get our vehicle and when I protested the bill they said, "Well, you have to pay that or you can't have your truck. Here's a form you can fill out for a hearing regarding the charges". THEN, we have to wait around in the snow for a 1/2 hour while they try to find the keys to our truck. The driver apparently took them home with him. No apology for the delay. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, OPT FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

Just had a terrible experience after using the services of this business. I visited their office on a Thursday stating I would need my truck towed to a repair shop on the following Monday. This dispatcher said she would call me to verify they could make it at the time I requested. I received the promised call promptly on Monday stating a tow truck would arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 P.M. which, again, it did. I told the driver my repair appointment was for 8:00 A.M. the following morning and I wanted to get it dropped off early. As I was waiting for him to hook up my vehicle he got a phone call and told me the State Patrol had called for a wrecker and he would have to leave. He asked me if it was O.K. if someone came at 7:30 A.M. Tuesday to haul me to my mechanic. What could I do? Big mistake! I should have called someone else at that point but I trusted him. Tuesday, 7:30 A.M., and no wrecker. Called the company and they said there was a mix-up in communication. Finally, at 8:00 A.M., when my truck was supposed to be in the shop, I got a tow truck. Had to call my repair facility and apologize that it would be late. I was totally disgusted and embarrassed as my truck arrived about an hour late for my appointment! read more
