After returning from a family wedding in Mexico, every guest shared negative stories about their interactions with Alexis. Booking through Alexis (Blissfully Abroad) was marred by poor communication, and a lack of support when issues arose. Many of us were left feeling frustrated as our questions went unanswered, and problems seemed to be dismissed rather than addressed. Replies repeatedly included personal excuses to explain the lack of follow-through. As an example, we did not get our airport transportation vouchers/confirmations until 2 days before departure, and only after repeatedly asking for them. While Blissfully Abroad Travel managed our room bookings, all wedding planning and event coordination were handled by the Hard Rock Hotel staff, who exceeded our expectations. Our frustrations were limited to the booking process; once at the hotel, the staff ensured a wonderful experience.

We had a very difficult time getting her to respond accurately or in a timely manner to our inquiries about travel arrangements. Her delayed responses were unpleasant and "snarky" blaming us for issues that were of her making. While at the resort we found nearly every other member of our group had the same or similar experiences with Alexis. We were extremely disappointed with her and would never recommend her to anyone we liked for travel planning. In reading her self description on her site, she describes herself as being passionate about travel and her desire to share this with others. It's unfortunate that her level of competence and commitment to your travel experience doesn't match her passion for the travel experience she apparently desires or creates for herself. If I could give her zero stars I would.

If anything with my flight changes, or I am going to be late for a connection, they are on top of it and work with the airlines to get me on a new flight. The center includes some hands on fossil find tables for the kids and history of the area. We asked how it was they had an Alberta Visitor center in Montana GNP and the girl at the counter told us since it is a dual national park, they set the visitor center to represent Canada. They will help you plan your trip to Canada and have plenty of maps and brochures to get you going on your way. Since we are going back to Oregon via Calgary, they were more than happy to chart a course for us and point out many things we might like to see on the way. I would highly recommend stopping in, if for nothing else, checking out the exhibits they have. Also, they have nice restrooms, you can use before going into the park.

Our first day we had rain so we were actually in the clouds while driving on the road. We weren't able to see anything part of the time but it was still very cool. The other days we had lovely weather. There were lots and lots of people we were never able to get into Logan Pass visitor center no parking. We did get to see most of the other sites. So beautiful! And we stayed in the park with was nice. Entering from the East you don't need to have a timed reservation but you do entering from the west. We were so glad to visit the park. One more park to take off the National Park list.
