If i could, i would leave zero stars! Do NOT use these LAZY people for any landscaping jobs!…read more The guy who rides the lawmowers carelessly (STANDING UP) flies so fast back and forth, one day he broke my beloved prized bushes. Oh boy was i mad! They denied doing it! Like who else tresspassed onto my property to do this? Ughhhh. My aunt had used them before and they left all the leaves in front of her house AFTER SHE TOLD THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO PICK THEM UP OFF THE STREET. They even replied "yup we'll do that too". They were supposed to do a fall clean up, picking up everything and did hardly anything but MOWED OVER EVERYTHING with their standing lawnmower. And blower. It wasn't worth that much $$! How can they call themselves "Landscaping Architects"?? I will NEVER use these guys again after these incidents. Even my neighbors have complained to me about them as well! They ruined my neighbors mail box. I had to pay for it too! I called Sunshine and they DENIED IT! Boy was I mad! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE A NICE HOUSE WITH VALUABLE THINGS IN YOUR YARDS. That's all i need to say. Steer clear! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but someone needs to warn people! I have been with another company since using Sunshine (only a handful of times too many!) and i am sooo much happier with who i switched over to. At least these guys don't do a RUSH JOB! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUNSHINE LANDSCAPE CO. THANK YOU. P.S. If you have commercial property and don't care about having anything broken or scratched, go with these guys. If you have a nice house with an even nicer yard, RUN!

Princeton Scapes incorrectly pruned our shrubs, trimming the bottom of our arborvitaes (see pics)…read more After contacting them, they refused to inspect them, claiming they were eaten by deer. We told them: * The shrubs looked great at 8am that day, and by 3pm, they were pruned on the bottom. * The shrubs are smooth and shaped, obviously done by machine. * We saw their landscapers working on the shrubs during the day, they spent a lot of time in that corner of our home, and there were substantial clippings in that area. There are more 100 arborvitaes in our condo development, and only our arborvitaes look like this (see pics). If they had sent a manager to look at these, they would have come to the obvious conclusion that their landscapers erroneously pruned these. It really ticks me off when a company refuses to investigate an issue like this. I'll be petitioning our association for resolution, and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against this company. Princeton Scapes claims deer ate my shrubs, the only arborvitaes out of over 100. And they did so in one day! Check out the photo showing that the shrub is smooth on the edge, clearly shaped by a trimmer. The images they provided are from a distance, and even in those images, the bottoms of the shrubs are not smooth or shaped. I don't know what they are looking at, but I'd be happy to show them personally. We strongly recommend choosing a different landscaping and lawn service organization, than Princeton Scapes.

I know this because I worked in the landscape trade & property maintenance field for over a decade, in the area and surrounding areas of Central, MA. I called Michelle the (Owner of the company) out of the blue one day, in Desperate need of landscape services and maintenance for my childhood home back in Mendon. I explained how I no longer live there, and we are currently unable to take care of the property ourselves. Without hesitation Michelle asked for my address and was ready to assist. Michelle informed me that she would stop by the next day first thing to quote the job for FREE! Michelle showed up right on time to assess the property. The quote we received was spot-on for our one-acre lot and at an extremely affordable price might I add. I cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was completely streamlined, and she was able to accommodate any method of communication needed. 10/10!
