We hired Boucher Landscaping for Spring Cleanup consisting of debris removal, landscaping,…read moreselecting and planting New shrubs, edging and mulching, installing a new slate patio, moving two ornamental trees and building a set of stairs along side the garage leading to the pool. Liked the crew and most of their work. We paid them promptly. Later when problems arose they did not respond to multiple text messages with photos nor return multiple phone calls. They are Non- Responsive and do not stand behind their work!!! We asked them to move 2 cherished small ornamental trees. Problem was that they do not move them with a root ball but rather chopped off all the roots and planted them in the ground. They both died and since they were planted shallow, the wind blew them both over(pictures available on request). The stairs constructed alongside the garage leading down an incline were a more significant problem. They installed them next to a downspout and failed to redirect the water flow. Soon the stairs were covered with mud and the dirt under the stone steps washed away making the steps unstable. The bottom step was not level and was sloped back creating a pool that filled with over 1" of mud. The mud and wash water entered the pool area. (Pictures available on request -mgaetano@maainc.com)

Gleison, one of the owners, came out the next day to take a look at the property and give a free consultation during which he was very nice, helpful and clearly passionate about his craft. His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price. Then one day I came home from work and discovered that the landscapers had taken a weedwhacker to my morning glories and then threw the pots (wish I could post pics) and just left them there. Then this past Sat the landscapers showed up I ran outside hoping to point out the rest of my flowers I opened the door and a member of the crew was just about to take a weedwhacker to my flowers I screamed stop those are flowers and he responded with "no its shit" and maliciously took the weedwhacker to my flowers and began yelling and swearing at me in both english and portugese at this point I am asking him to leave he refuses throwing a flowerpot into my vegetable garden. Finally his son was able to convince him to leave. I spoke with the owner who assured me he would be buy on monday to pay for the damages. On Monday I called and spoke to him to make sure he was still coming he assured me he was. He never showed up but did send me a message saying he was now stuck out of town. So now I am stuck with damages that have not been paid for. Do not hire this company a landscaper should know the difference between a flower and a weed, and a customer should be treated with respect and dignity.
