Outstanding Experience with Amped Electric!…read more I couldn't be happier with the service from Amped Electric. The electrician, Nick, was professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly--a combination that's hard to find these days. From start to finish, communication was clear and punctual, and the work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It's clear that customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are top priorities for this company. I'll definitely be calling Nick from Amped Electric again for any future electrical needs and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service and peace of mind.

(2 stars) "The…read moreelectrician who did the work was competent and efficient. However, my experience with Lights On Electric's billing and follow-up was disappointing. When the nearly $3,000 invoice arrived, I asked for clarification about the charges. In response, I was given only gross figures, with no clear breakdown explaining the specific work performed or how the charges were calculated. Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again."

Unfortunately, I have to update my review now because I feel like my first review is misleading. For the last 6 weeks, I've been texting and calling Joel to come do a long list of work. In the beginning he told me that he was busy, then the holidays arrived, so I waited until after the new year. I've now called and texted him several more times and he hasn't responded at all. Some of the parts he installed are supposed to be under warranty and I can't even get the warranty coverage because I have no one to contact. I hope for his sake that Joel is just too busy to bother returning my texts. But I'll be searching for a new electrician.
