What a great little hidden gem located in Green Valley/Henderson! Evergreen is located in the Kohls shopping center off of the 215 and Valle Verde, and it is a perfect spot to try some new flavors of the most delicious and smooth coffee and some tasty eats. Came in around 9 am and the quaint little spot was already half filled. It is small with only about 6 tables and 2 outside, so space fills up quickly. We did notice someone with their laptop and a coffee doing work, so that table is probably taken for hours. Went to the counter and ordered and then we waited for our coffee and food. The coffee took about 10-15 minutes to get, and the salmon toast and orange toast took about 20 minutes to receive. So be prepared to wait after ordering. This isn't a chain place where they are pumping out food in minutes. The food and coffee were definitely worth the wait. I ordered the orange latte with oatmilk and it was smooth and rich and had a slight hint of orange. I loved that the coffee had just a slight hint of sweetness to cut the bitterness in the coffee but not cloyingly sweet like other places. The salmon toast was fresh and loved the fresh sourdough toast. My friend ordered the matcha latte with orange toast and it didn't just look beautiful but my friend said it was tasty as well. We stopped in last month for an Elite perk, and absolutely fell in love with the vibe of this adorable coffee shop! This last weekend, we decided to venture back to try out one of their coffee flights, and we were not disappointed. We ordered a flight, and gave the staff free reign over what they served us (hot drinks, barista's choice). We received: the Rose berry latte, an orange latte, and the signature seasonal Seoul latte, which we'd previously tried and loved. Each of the coffees were delicious and distinctive in their own way. My favorite thing about this shop, though, is that unlike certain chains (that I also love), the coffee isn't sickly sweet. They are the perfect balance between sweet, and being able to actually taste the coffee!!! And speaking of the coffee...they use locally roasted beans. I absolutely LOVE that. Local businesses supporting other local businesses is so great. They also have a program that plants trees based on points that you earn on purchases, and they openly advertise that they pay their employees a living wage and offer benefits. This is also hugely important to me. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Each time we've been here, we've received top notch service. Another perk is that Evergreen has a Free Little Library where you can take out books, or just sit and enjoy a good book. Evergreen is a place unto itself. Focusing on craft made items, it is delicious but quite hard for the average person to purchase. My bill was like $16 for a cookie and a coffee with one of their housemade syrups. I got the cookie butter one. Don't get me wrong. It was delicious but a bit basic for the price in comparison to other places, which I chock up to their quality. The chocolate chip cookie was Devine to start my day. Salty and crispy on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. It's a tiny shop with seating inside and out. The service was friendly. Omg I'm in love. Located in the Kohls shopping center just off of the 215 and valle verde, Evergreen has ample parking and such a cute and cozy ambiance. I've found my new sit down and chill coffee spot, what I mean by that is, The more Mainstream coffee shops I just order ahead and go. Evergreen makes everything fresh, their pastries, different varieties of toasts, I'll actually take my time sit down and enjoy all of that here. Today I had their signature Seoul latte iced with oat milk, delicious, sweet but not overly, at least in my opinion, I'd definitely order this again, I also had a Chocolate chip cookie, and their Green toast. Their green toast is Amazing! It comes served over artisanal sourdough toast with, goddess pesto, lemon zest, sesame seeds, micro basil, and of course sliced avocado. I'm a sucker for a great avocado toast and this is one of the best, I love the fact they use freshly sliced avocados and not an avocado spread like most other coffee shops do. The shop is tucked into a corner of a strip in front of the Kohl's at 215 and Valle Verde. There's plenty of parking in the area. Evergreen Coffee has a fresh, modern feel. The decor is simple. They have a cozy area with a couch and chairs as well as about half a dozen tables. In front they have a couple of tables too. My first visit was in the fall so I ordered fall specials- an Apple Cider Latte and the Brie and Apple Toast. The Apple Cider Latte was so good! It was happiness with every sip. I also enjoyed the toast. I returned with my family over the holidays and we had a variety of lattes that we all enjoyed. I had the Cookie Butter Latte. I love that their lattes have the fun flavor, but it isn't overly sweet or overpowering to the taste of the coffee. The standard menu isn't huge, but they offer seasonal foods and drinks to keep the menu interesting. Around the holidays they had hot chocolate cookies and cinnamon rolls. For Lunar Near Year they offered egg tarts. I'm excited to try future seasonal offerings. Both times I've been in my orders have taken a little more time to prepare than I'm used to, but I do think they put care into preparing everything fresh. Everything has been worth the wait. This Saturday, we wanted to go to a cute coffee shop we've not been to. Evergreen was the one! From the parking lot, it looked small. Once we opened the door, a good amount of tables and chairs plus a sofa/coffee table area in front of the huge bookcase. There's also a few small tables/chairs outside the door if you want to catch some sun. We went to look at the menu and ordered. Their bagel and cream cheese is a must! Such a fluffy and not dry bagel. My cookie butter latte was so nice. First, love the latte art and then the wonderful and not over powering sweetness of cookie butter. Thursday morning coffee date with my son and my mother in law. We came at 10am and there was only one other patron. It was a super cute setup, simple and charming. Cozy couch set up in front of a book wall with games and a Free Little Library, take or leave as you wish. I actually found an interesting book and my son found a joke book he wanted to read. I ordered the Seoul Latte warm, the chocolate chunk cookie, and the Orange toast. We got a hot chocolate for my son, and my mother in law got a French press medium roast with self made half and half and the Green Toast. I appreciated seeing that it was "slow Coffee" tended to with care and takes the time to make it right. This is not your grab and go kind of place. It's your breathe real slow kind of place to enjoy and settle in. First up was my son's hot chocolate with a beautifully made heart. Next came the chocolate chunk cookie with sea salt sprinkled, freshly warm (the smell was amazing and yet it tasted even more amazing!). My Seoul Latte was up next and I managed to get a quick video of her making the beautiful leaf image with the whole milk. I'm not even much of a coffee person but the balance of flavors was just right, not too sweet and not too bitter (coffee is really bitter for my palate). I really enjoyed it! Next came the French press, and entire press full of coffee and a side of the half and half. My mother in law watched as they cut the cream with milk to create the half and half. She said it was so delicious. From there came the Green Toast and the Orange Toast. The Green Toast was a beautiful green with sliced avocado, microgreens, and sesame seeds. We added some lemon juice over the top and it nicely balanced the goddess pesto underneath. The sourdough was crispy and chewy at the same time. The Orange Toast had orange slices covered with a balsamic reduction, with prosciutto roses, all atop a light lemon ricotta based sourdough. The blend reminded me of an Orange Julius, light and refreshing. Before we left my mother in law got a to-go cup so she managed to get 3 servings of coffee from that press! What a steal. She also bought a few more cookies to bring home to the boys who didn't come. We truly enjoyed our time here. My son said it was the best hot chocolate he has had in a long time. We enjoyed the Little Library and the ambiance. The crowd started picking up as we were leaving so we made sure to bus our dishes (cute little tray next to the door) so that people weren't having to stand. It's a little out of the way for me but if I want to have a friend meet up, I would not hesitate to bring them here again. Tucked away in a shopping center we stepped inside Evergreen and immediately felt the positive vibes. This is a very cute little spot with very pleasant and welcoming staff who kindly showed us the menu. Honestly not a LOT of options and for those who don't drink coffee there was only the matcha latte or plain tea. So after checking out the menu and pastry case we decided on a strawberry croissant, matcha latte, vanilla latte and burrata toast coming out to just over $40... To start off let me say the food was very tasty and I'm well aware this is a local small business but this is definitely a quality of quantity situation. Again not their fault there was no misleading just be aware the portion sizes are NOT the biggest. So as amazing as the staff and food was, I think this is a one time visit for us. What a wonderful little coffee shop! It was super easy to find and had tons of parking. The two ladies that were working were super helpful and answered all my questions. This coffee shop puts sustainability first! They only make a certain amount of pastries a day to minimize food waste, so be sure to get there early to snag one! There's also a discount if you bring your own container for coffee! I got the Seoul latte with decaf coffee since I'm quite sensitive to caffeine, but love the taste of coffee, a cookie, and the cookie brûlée toast. The cookie was so delicious as was the latte. The cookie brûlée was the star for me. The mascarpone cheese on top was a little thick for my taste but it was beautiful and soooo good. This small coffee shop tucked away in the Kohl's shopping center is a nice place to stop for coffee or a bite to eat. There is plenty of parking and it is located next to the esthetician and a bit hard to see. The inside has maybe 6 tables and there is one outside as well. It has a cozy vibe with green chairs and a bookshelf. We enjoyed several of the toasts and the chocolate orange latte. The pastries were out when we arrived at noon, but everything we had was fantastic. The staff is kind and they offer a points reward system so that you can earn free items. I can only write a review on what I had which is what they call Bagels. These are not Bagels. They are buns and they are amazing. My family and I are visiting from out of town and stopped by for coffee and pastries. My iced latte was delicious and my daughter said the bagel and cream cheese was 10/10. lol. I normally don't leave reviews but the service was beyond excellent. The girl in the front was very nice from the beginning, but she did above and beyond when we realized my husband might have accidentally threw his ring in the trash. She helped us look for it even though she didn't have to, helped us look for it in the trash. Again, she didn't have to at all. Finally had a chance to check out this new coffee spot in Henderson. We arrived and they were packed! We were lucky to get a spot on one side of the couch and a chair next to the couch. Honestly it is on the smaller side so I imagine it is always fairly busy. We ordered the berries and Brie toast and a cold brew coffee (which was perfect for a hot Vegas day). The toast was a slice of nice rustic bread topped with warm melted Brie cheese and a mix of berries. The toast was tasty but could have used a hint of sweet, like a drizzle of honey! I was in the area needing coffee, and this place was the most highly rated cafe nearby. After stopping in, I can understand why. I ordered a Latte with Pandan Syrup and a Chili Cheddar Bagel. Both were very tasty, and I would recommend them and order again. What struck me about the bagel is the softness and pillow-iness of the bread which makes me think that they make their bagels in house with lots of care. I love that they don't skimp out on the cream cheese as well. I only wish I could taste more of the chili because I was expecting the bagel to be more spicy, but it was pretty much spice level mild-none. It's also nice that they always serve their bagels warm! The Pandan Latte is great for someone like me who enjoys coffee but not so much the strong taste of coffee. I can taste the Pandan more in the after taste, so I wish there was more. Since Pandan is a subtle taste, f you're looking for more of that Pandan flavor, I would order your drink with an extra pump of syrup. Overall, it was really good, and I would recommend both things I tried. On a non-food related note, their service was fast and friendly, and they have shared library as well as a card-making station for seniors. I love the cozy feel, and my visit was delightful. Just turn into the strip center anchored by Kohls. Love the local vibe. This place just opened barely two weeks ago already seems to be a favorite neighborhood hangout. I really liked the drinks and food I've tried in my visits here. Both Vegas Sprout sandwich (hummus, veggies) and Smoked Salmon Toast are simple, tasty, and perfect lunch fare. The drinks I had Marsala Chai iced was refreshing! The Soy Sauce Caramel Latte (hot), which I was hesitant to try at first, turned out to be pretty good! Like a take on salted caramel. Perfect balance of salt and sweet combined with the coffee beans they use..very good! The baristas and staff here IMO know their stuff, my drinks came to my table promptly. Food that's made to order came out within reasonable time as well. The owners, Lovely and the dude with glasses (sorry I didn't catch your name, my bad!) already greet me by first name :) Why is the coffee shop named Evergreen? Ask them! (hint ..just take a look at the live plants) Atmosphere gives off that "welcome to stay as long as you want" with the section of the mini sofa and feature wall with the bookshelf with books and live plants.. free wifi provided as well. My mom and I have been anxiously waiting for this new coffee shop in Henderson to open ever since we first noticed their outside sign. We started actively monitoring their Instagram page for updates on the grand opening date. They just had their grand opening two weeks ago, but we like to wait a few days after grand opening when it's not too packed. We stopped by before heading out for our road trip to Utah. I believe Evergreen took the place of a Subway restaurant. It's right off the Valle Verde and 215 exit in the Kohl's shopping complex - very easy and quick access. It looks like Evergreen became popular very quickly. When we walked in, it was moderately busy but not packed. They have 12oz and 20oz cups. I ordered the 20oz iced cold brew and my mom ordered the 20oz iced mocha. The cold brew, with heavy cream/half and half and sugar mixed in, was spot on! Absolutely amazing! My mom said that her mocha was delicious. There are some reviews saying that the wait times were long, but honestly, there was no issue with that with us. I think we only had to wait 5-10 minutes. This is a small, but friendly spot for coffee. The space is open and bright with descent seating. They only have a few small mites but mainly about the coffee. They offer an interesting option for coffee flights. You can either keep the beans the same and have different flavors added, or you can keep the same flavor and have different beans (in any format (latte, cap, mac., etc.). I had the lattes and they were very well made. All the milks were textured well and at a good temperature with some descent latte art. We really liked the house blend as the flavor was smooth and tasty. The others didn't hold up as well in milk so not the best for a latte. My boyfriend and I were in town for an engagement party and desperately needed a GOOD cup of coffee and some grub to nurse our gnarly post-Vegas hangovers before the drive back to California. I try to only support local coffee shops rather than your major sugar-laden chains (looking at you, Dutch Bros) so it was imperative that we find a local spot on our way out of town! It's tough to assess coffee quality from an online review, but we lucked out finding this place. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. After perusing their incredible menu of intentionally curated beverage and food options, we settled on an orange latte, a ceremonial grade matcha latte, their breakfast sandwich, and the smoked salmon toast. The owner, Lovely, spent time chatting us through our choices and answering our many questions, which we appreciated. I could spend all day talking about what we ate and drank here, so I'll try to keep it brief. Orange Latte - incredible. 10/10. Perfectly / lightly sweetened, balanced, amazing. I am not a flavored latte gal, but when Lovely told us the syrups are all made in-house and used sparingly to complement (not mask) the quality of the coffee, I was fully on board. This is arguably the best flavored latte I've ever had. Matcha Latte - high quality matcha, beautiful presentation, my boyfriend loved it. Breakfast Sandwich - this changed my life irrevocably. I'm trying to plan my next 4 hour drive back to Evergreen for this sandwich. I don't have words to describe how delicious this is -- all I know is that they make it all in-house (even the BREAD) and I would have paid twice what they charge for it. Smoked Salmon Toast - an elevated twist on a classic breakfast staple. As a Californian, I spend an embarrassing amount of money on fancy toasts, but this one is actually well worth the price point. Piled high with a terrific quality salmon, it's presented beautifully with lemon zest, dill, capers, and onions. You can tell they really put a lot of thought and intention into everything they serve, which is so hard to find in the era of drive-thru coffee! This place was such a pleasant surprise! Firstly, the workers and the owner? is so so lovely and makes an effort to remember everyone's names. She is very welcoming and is definitely concerned about everyone's experience which was very nice to see! She even gave us a free cookie and a free drink card due to our wait (which didn't seem long honestly). Drinks were delicious and the chili crisp bagel was AMAZING.
