I really appreciate the order updates on the day of pick up, and instructions to finding the location. The pick up location was very welcoming and accessible. There were personalized touches such as your name printed on your order, and listed ingredients. The brownies were perfect and filled with chocolate chunks; excellent! The cinnamon rolls are sourdough making them much denser than a yeast cinnamon roll my little ones loved them (the sweet sound of silence while they ate.) Opposite of North Kitchen is sure to gain a lot of business with back to school and the holidays right around the corner. I will definitely order again, and highly recommend!

Worst experience ever…read more The night manager refused to help me in the most dismissive way possible, refused to give me contact information for store management or the district manager (it's against policy she said). When I called the store to find out when to call back to speak to the actual store director she shortly said "call back in the morning" then when I asked for what times she said "fine just call 7 to 11am". When I asked what days (it's Saturday) she didn't answer then I said "could I call tomorrow" and she acted like I was an idiot and said she told me to call in the morning so obviously not Sunday. I pointed out I was asking what days and she said "you know what dude this isn't cool" and hung up on me. Anyway I still don't know the district managers name but apparently the store director works weekdays 7-11 AM if you need to talk to someone!
