Afterward, I looked at their Yelp page and saw a lot of really bad reviews for this location. I am sorry that other people had those experiences, but that has not been mine. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.
