The previous truck I purchased from Everett was a 3/4 Denali 2011. It was slightly used. I had vibration problems for close to 6 months and it never really ever was figured out. I traded it in on a 2014 gmc Sierra 1500 that was still under 36000 miles. My a/c went out after the 36000 miles was up. I was informed that they were having trouble with lower a/c lines and there was an upgraded hose. I feel it is insulting that I have to pay for a hose that gm knows is faulty and cost me over 300 dollars but I did. Then the next day it's blowing hot again. Now I'm stuck in a loaner in which I'm sure there will be additional parts and it will cost me more money. Honestly as soon as I get the value of my truck where I need it to be in will trade it on a Ford or dodge and probably never buy another gmc. I also explain and vent my problems with these trucks to friends, family, and anyone that compliments my truck and is thing of purchasing one. I'm just done with gmc. No matter who's fault gmc or Everett someone should be taking care of their customers and replacing the faulty product at no charge. I was met at the door by a valet who directed me to a service adviser who took my information, told me what was included in my service package and answered a question I had about my vehicle. He directed me to the waiting room where I waited what seem to be about 15 minutes and he called me back, gave me my keys and told me to hand them to the valet who brought my finished car back to the service area. I think that is what impressed me most of all. Other dealerships I have used (not for this car which I bought at Everett) all seemed professional until the service was finished but when they handed me back my keys they would say something like 'I think your car is in that section of the lot' and I would go off to find it on my own. I will definitely go back to Everett for service and already recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. read more

I have dealt with the folks at Everrett for a number of years and always had great dealings with them from the salesmen(Dave Roberts) to the finance personal to the service advisers (Seth Evans). For the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would go anywhere else. Recently I had a service engine light come on and called Seth, he told me to bring it on in and they would check it out. When I got there it wound up being a pretty serious problem but Seth did due diligence and checked the records and it was covered under a recall, which was great. I also had other services done while my car was there to get it up to speed for the summer. You won't get any better service or deal with any better people than Seth and the great folks at Everrett anywhere else you go. NO BRAG JUST FACT!!! read more

None of the Atlanta dealerships could get an allocation for a 2500 gas engine GMC pickup, so I called Everett GMC and they said we can order you one today we have many allocations. They process of ordering with their sales manager Nick Stewart was great . He even picked me up from the Little Rock Airport. From the moment I walked into the dealership I could see why the have won so many awards from General Motors, they even like dogs, as there is s painting of the owner with her dog in the lobby. I dropped my Terrain off at 1:55 pm for a 2:00 pm appointment on a Tuesday, for a routine oil change appointment. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes, since I had an appointment. It took a little over 45 minutes, but they did also do a tire rotation, etc., and I didn't mind waiting since they had snacks and drinks available to customers in their waiting area. Probably from the time I dropped it off until I was driving away was about 55 minutes. Really nice, friendly staff - everyone was courteous, even the random staff walking by who said hello while I sat in the hallway (due to the waiting room being a little crowded). I definitely recommend Everett's service department, but I also recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. read more

My salesman was Patrick Mead, he is great! However after driving my New GMC Terrian it developed several problems with only 300 miles. I contacted the dealership Patrick was on vacation. They told me they would make everything right! I thought I had also bought a AWD vehicle . Due to how kind this dealership is and stands behind its word I WOULD DEF. Even though they appeared to be extremely busy everyone took the time to give me very personal one on one service. I do not expereince very many orginazations who truly invest themselves in making you feel like you are a VIP, everytime you enter their business no matter the reason. Having you'r vehicle worked on can be something you dread, but not at Everett.
