I am out of excuses for this business. I had no problem spending my money with them but it appears they can't deliver on their service. Repeated inquiries into my vehicle with very little, to no feedback, is unacceptable. I have tried repeatedly to contact the owner with no response in the last month or 2. I will not litigate this on the internet. I just need a man to man conversation. I don't have time for a business that repairs cars not to repair the car. Hell, they have had it in their possession almost more than I have.

I took my well taken care of 2001 Jaguar Vanden Plas Supercharged to Nick's to diagnose a cold…read morestart belt squeak. He diagnosed a certain pulley and said I should replace a set of belt tensioners that had already been replaced. He failed to mention until I had already paid that my hood latch was now broken and there was no way to open the hood without cutting into my car's fender. He claims it was that way when I brought it. I know this to be false of course. However, just using critical thinking, it should be obvious he would've mentioned that issue the first day I brought it in, because he needed to open the hood to diagnose the belt squeak. He neglected to mention it for a full five days which was when I arrived to pick it up. You be the judge. I think he lacks integrity as he not only broke my hood latch, but then lied to me and told me I brought it to him already broken. I wouldn't trust him with any of my other vehicles.

FIRST OF ALL, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9:00 AM to have my A/C checked for $30. I was told they…read morewould take a look at it, so I expected at least a basic diagnostic. They called me at 12:45 PM saying they still hadn't looked at my car yet and that they were letting it cool down because they had left it running and it was now hot. I understood that they could be busy, so I let it go. Then at 3:15 PM, they called and told me I could come pick up my car. After having my vehicle for 7 hours, they still could not tell me why my A/C wasn't blowing and recommended that I take it somewhere else. My parents were understandably frustrated, so my dad looked at the car himself. He checked the A/C fuse, found that it was blown, replaced it, and the compressor fan started working immediately. This ended up being a $15 fix that they never checked or even mentioned as a possibility. My issue isn't that they couldn't fix it -- it's that after having my car all day, they didn't even perform the basic checks to rule out something as simple as a blown fuse. I feel like I wasted my time and money for a diagnosis that wasn't thorough. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.

What went well is your question? Everything went well. 1st thing was the young Lady that answered…read moremy call and really listened to my problem. I explained that I had a Ford F150 2003 and was experiencing water pump failure (leaking) coolant and needed it repaired ASAP. I explained that I had already purchased the water pump (Duralast Gold) and thermostat from AutoZone. My experience with most shops is that, they do not put in parts that didn't purchase. She assured me that they would work with me since I had already purchased the parts. I arrived at Coleman and Son Automotive at 930am and the young lady checked me in and recognized I had the wrong water pump right away. The mechanic immediately started on my truck as I left to go get the right water pump and Ford recommend antifreeze. While I was at the part store the young lady called and instructed me to also purchase a new serpentine belt because my belt was completely worn out. I think this was awesome that they were insuring I wouldn't break down after the service they had repaired. I returned to the shop with parts at approximately 1130am and they had me on the road be for 130pm. I wasn't expecting my vehicle until later that evening or the next day. Everyone in the shop was very nice, respectable and professional. What an awesome shop and I'm back on the road again.

PRE-OWNED BUYER BEWARE…read more I want to start by saying my experience actually began really well. I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. That says everything about the kind of business they run.
