They came out for an estimate and it was priced right so we decided to go ahead and schedule. They scheduled to arrive Memorial Day at 8am. They arrived early and waited until 8am on the dot - so great to have a company that arrives when they say they will. They sent out three techs which meant they were able to get the job done in around 4 hours which given the amount of tile and the fact they cleaned and stained / sealed the grout was pretty incredible. The techs were extremely nice and professional. And did a careful job, very clean and neat! We found one area that needed a touch up and they immediately returned to address . The end result looks great and it comes with a warranty so you can trust them. Highly recommend !

They also added a root barrier to keep our trees from undoing what works they had done. For the most part, it's hard to see even where they did their work. Cleanup was 100%. They took excellent care of us. You never want to use them, but if you have foundation issues, they are the ones you want to call. Trel Lloyd was our rep and he treated us like family. I don't have before and after pictures ready to post, but, in our case, you could easily see the improvements in sheet rock and tile cracks. A-freaking-mazing.

A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

LOVE my back porch so much that I show everyone who comes over. Neal Neathery is the owner and is also now a friend. He makes you feel like you are part of his family because even his wife came over to chat w/ me when the original project was done. The best thing about Neal and his crew is that they do no just finish the job and forget about you. I got a call a few weeks ago from Jonathan Garza (Construction Coordinator) asking to come by and make sure the workmanship is well above standard and see if there is something that needs to be fixed. I have never had a company follow up on a job a few yrs later. I mentioned that the backrest was protruding out too much at the top so they came and shaved it down and now its perfect. Nobody caught it before. I also noticed some tiny nails that started to show so Neal had someone come by, fill and repaint the siding next to the door. Attached is a photo of Before (left) and After (right) of the back rest. Now anyone sitting on the bench can rest their back without feeling like there is a bar across their back.
