Based on many previous experiences with other window cleaning companies, I was very concerned with how careful he would be washing the screens so as to not stretch them out the screens and not scratch the paint on the frames. I think overall they did a great job, the work speaks for itself. I hired them to clean all my windows, sliding doors and solar panels. I had 12 solar panels, about 40 windows , and 2 sets of sliding doors. One worker did all that 6 and 1/2 hours. I liked that he cleans the tracks of the sliding doors and the window screens as well. There were minor hiccups such as rescheduling due to the wind and having only one person come instead of two people the first time. It occurs to me that I promised Yelp I'd use them again, and I did, a few months ago. This time I not only had them wash the windows, but also replace all screens and clean my gutters. Their price was more than fair (frankly, about 30% lower than I was anticipating), they made quick work of the job, and when I had a couple of troublesome screen frames, they went well above and beyond the call of duty (without additional charge) to ensure I ended up with exactly what I came for, even though their business is more replacing screens themselves, not replacing frames.
