Argelia was super accommodating and responsive to our interests and wants. She helped us find all of our vendors (i.e. cake/desserts, wedding dress stores, venue, photographer, videographer, etc), which was awesome because we did not have to spend time doing any of the research. The planning process was sooo smooth and efficient and fun because of Argelia's hard work and attention to detail! There was a hiccup one month before our wedding where our initial venue cancelled on us at such a short notice. We were not stressed at all because we had full faith that Argelia would be there to support us in this challenge. She made us feel confident and comfortable with the last minute venue change. We were at ease. During our big day, Robert and I were not stress at all since Argelia coordinated everything and told us where to go and where to be. She made sure we were fed and always had a drink in our hand. She was very attentive to our needs even though we didn't ask for anything. We really really appreciate her! That's just not right. And now I need to wait 7-14 days for my money refund when I could use it to help me find someone new!!! I should have known better when she failed to come over and look at my yard twice, and then just requested another deposit!! She knew then that she was going to be canceling on me! Now I have less than two weeks to find someone. Overall just really upset of being tossed aside cause she got a better gig to do!!!
