So it's basically a gothic theater, meaning that it's both a grand antique and a squalid dive. The choice of Labatt or Labatt Light in a can as your beers, although kind of a funny joke, is not actually acceptable as a menu, especially if you're going to charge $8 for said can. There were only about five bottles of booze for cocktails. It's cash only, which is fine, but kind of a pain for 2023. I went to see Goblin, a cool Italian art-rock act that was playing the soundtrack to the Argento classic Demons and then another mixed set after the movie. They sold "reserve" tickets to the upstairs balcony, but the numbers on the tables in no way corresponded to the table numbers on the tickets and it was generally pretty confusing. The lack of lighting on the floor and the very low stairs make the entire upstairs an ADA nightmare and a tripping hazzard for everybody. There is no food of any kind, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in NY for a venue that sells alcohol. The stripped-down-ness would be a bit more paltable had we not paid $50 a ticket for the cheap seats that have an obstructed view of the screen. A few more frills might be expected at that price. We managed to move down to the floor because the place was only about half-sold and security seemed not to notice or care much. All that said, the movie viewing/Goblin show was a good time and the space is pretty amazing, so they're doing some things right. They also seem to be violating the law several ways and throwing customer safety to the wind. It's basically a college dive bar operating as a concert venue. Misc.: the neighborhood is pretty sketch, like most of Niagara Falls outside of the tourist district, so walk in pairs. There seems to be a parking lot across the street.

It's a nice sized place, With a bar in the center (that only accepts cash unfortunately), A big ladies room with lots of stalls & pretty clean. Chairs for us old ppl who can't stand long. A section for the handicapped. A nice big section for bands' merchandise & for "Meet & Greets." There's actually parking & it doesn't take hours to leave the lot. This is probably my favorite venue for concerts. You don't stick to the floor or anything, lol .

Bartender girl does not seems to be interested in producing drinks, pretty slow to come back for additional drink. It's not a bad place to go to sit down and relax and they offer a lunch buffet with spaghetti, chicken and salads. I came here to work a little bit and while the service was good, the food (in particular the burger was just A-OK). We started with an order of hot wings which were fairly delicious and the blue cheese that came with it was high quality. On the Buffalo Wing scale, I'd give em a 7/10, which is pretty good. They could have used more crisp, but the wings were saucy and large to be a contender for some more delicious ones. The burger really fell flat. The bun wasn't tasty and could have used some toasting. The meat had no discernible seasoning. The waitress didn't know whether it was cooked from frozen or not when I asked. Although I was asked how I wanted it cooked (med rare, please!), it came out medium well / well and didn't have too much flavor. I'd skip the burger, go for the wings and maybe try a few other things on the menu. All in all, it's an A-OK place to grab lunch if you're on a budget.

Legends Bar - It's super clean and has a nice atmosphere. Didn't get any pictures of the bar to the left but that's just as nice!

I got the garlic parm wings and they were fantastic! They came out so hot I couldn't even take my first bite for a few minutes. You can't beat fast service! The fun doesn't stop at wings on this happy hour menu. They also offer, personal pizza's, bruschetta, chicken slider's, and so much more! Now for the drinks! In all honesty, I would love to see more options for happy hour (as of now they only offer and Aperol Spritz as a cocktail and wine and beer deals). Yet, every one of their speciality cocktails are fantastic! They are perfectly balanced and receive a garnish that draws you in the second they drink is dropped. I can confidently say they have one of the best, if not the best speciality cocktail menus in North Tonawanda. When it comes to the ambiance and Frankie Primos, it's very hard to beat. Their patio is unbelievable. A gorgeous fire pit, 2 outdoor bars and plenty of landscape surrounding the patio. The inside is always decorated elegantly for the holidays and has an upscale decor and vibe year round. Overall, I've never had a disappointing experience and Frankie Primos. They always exceed expectations and provide great service. I look forward to returning in the near future!

Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! This was a great experience, I can see why they have so many reviews and such high stars, those are well-deserved stars!! Definitely recommend stopping in here!

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered fried calamari along with single chicken wings tossed in an Asian sweet and spicy sauce--both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The combination of crispy textures and bold flavors really stood out. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and truly great at her job. She made us feel welcome from the start. I always enjoy trying new places, and this visit did not disappoint. If you're looking for an American restaurant near Niagara Falls, this is definitely worth trying. We ended the meal with a delicious dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to a great experience.
