I have also been in contact with corporate, and Michelle told me that similar issues have been happening at this location. But she also hasn't found a resolution or returned my emails. Overall, I have repeatedly explained that I want a refund because the service and communication have been horrible. I received one email and one phone call weeks later, and there is still no resolution. **This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to resolve my issue.**

Steve, one of the spa owners, is a wonderful microblade artist! He is incredibly meticulous and went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable during the process and with all the shape and color decisions. I didn't find it at all painful, but I hear everyone has different tolerances. First, he used a measuring tool to sketch the brows and make sure they are even and perfect before starting. During the procedure, he went very slow and would often change positions to make sure they looked perfect at every angle before continuing on. When you decide to get a semi-permanent tattoo on your face, you want a perfectionist who is as detail-oriented as Steve. This is not the time to be cheap and go with a place that churns out dozens of over-done clone eyebrows per week. I went in with an idea of what I wanted (with photos), and he carefully tailored the brows to fit my face. I love the shape he created and look forward to the follow-up session in a month to fill them out a bit more. The atmosphere at this spa was enjoyable and all of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service you receive. I highly recommend Steve for microblading, and I also saw some beautiful lashes walking around in there so I have a feeling they do a phenomenal job at those, too. Sarah is my current aesthetician that takes care of my monthly treatments, for which I have a membership that is worth every cent. Sarah is very honest in recommending what will work for me, as well as how to get the best results with the least amount of angst. The location is gorgeous and clean, with plenty of parking and very easy access off of 128. Their appointments run on schedule and it is easy to reschedule if necessary. I have never been more happy in my entire life. Since high school I have struggled from an awful condition known as trichotillomania ( hair pulling condition ) which had caused me to pick at my brows leaving me with absolutely nothing. When I came into eve beauty they made me feel super comfortable and they were so sweet about my condition and assured me that they would do their best to give me the perfect brows! The who staff , front desk and all were super sweet, helpful and kind! I had my brows done by Eva and I was blown away. She spent so much time measuring my face and making sure my new brows would suite my face perfectly, and I have to say she did an outstanding job. I just had my eyebrows micro-bladed/powdered for the first time with eve and I have to say this was hands down the best I've ever had. I've had my brows done for the past 10 years and haven't found the perfect person to get my brows the way I want them, but that ended today!! Eve beauty is the place to go! I went to get a lash lift + tint, plus a facial. Kristi had previously done my lashes (extensions) at their Peabody location, and they came out amazing. Of course I had to try out other services when I found out she was working out of the wakefield location. The atmosphere is so relaxing! She literally talks you through everything, so you know what's coming. The facial was amazing and my eyelashes still look so so so so good after 3 weeks. I'll be back for these services and more! My eyebrows look amazing . Eve is very patient, thorough and great at what she does. I had major anxiety going in and she was so patient. First two weeks they will look very bold and thick but once they heal they look very natural. Love my microblading results. On my second visit I decided to go even thicker and they look even better. The process was easy, I just had to lay down and Eve did measurements and made sure that I liked the shape. Also, when you make your appointment, remember that the shape will fade and soften over time! Having gone to The Parlor in Winston-Salem, NC for the same services I would recommend getting rid of your crinkly plastic cover on the treatment table and using sheets under and having at least one to cover with as desired. She also tells you how to take good care of them which I really appreciate. Millie is incredibly talented and a very sweet woman. You can tell she takes pride in her work and consistently strives to be better. She is also very gentle and thorough. I don't trust anyone else near my eyes. I did a bit of research about microblading before I booked an appt with Shania at Boston…read moremicroblading. Although there was more reviews elsewhere, I felt like Boston microblading would be the best place for me to get my eyebrows done at. The reason being so is because other places had different types of services and not just specialized in one area. Their overall reviews were high, but partially due to other services that were rendered. I went through every store's Instagram photos, hoping to get a feel for what I want. It seems that Boston microblading was the best bet due to it's diversity of clients and it seems that the brows were drawn specifically to help bring out the features of the clients face. That's what I wanted. My first impression at Boston microblading was that this place was extremely grandiose, even though the place is small. The waiting area felt very relaxing and cute. The store is well designed, the place is very clean, and it felt very welcoming. I definitely did not feel out of place at all. Shania sat me down during my first visit and we talked about my brows. My eyebrows were done by an unprofessional a few years back, and it finally faded enough to do a new shape over it. She took pictures of my brows and showed me the leftover strokes from my previous work, pointing out that it wasn't done correctly and how it affected the way my face looked. Although it was a challenge for her, she explained to me what she could and couldn't do. She made me felt at ease and comfortable to go forward. She didn't treat it as if I was another customer and that she can do what ever she wants to get it over with. I definitely feel the professionalism, the passion to do this work, and how much she cares for her customers. She explained the process to me in a very pleasant manner, her sanitary process, etc. When it comes to shaping my brows, she drew my brows in with a pencil stroke by stroke, and asked if the shape was what I wanted before starting the whole process. As I laid down, she went over the steps and what I probably would feel during the process. She understands the discomfort of the process (could be some pain from blade/needle or from feeling a bit claustrophic) and told me in advance if I needed to take a break, just let her know. My experience with Shania was beyond amazing. I don't think I've ever had such great service in my life. Well it's definitely better than my previous experience. Once Shania was done, she had me sit up and double, triple, even quadruple check her work. Making sure there's no missing strokes, making sure the shape is even, and kept offering to have me look at the mirror to see if she's missing anything. She was such a perfectionist. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. My brows were my life! The same day after my brows were done, the color was so dark I was a bit worried. So throughout the healing process, I kept in touch with her here and there, and she was happy to assure me that the shape and the color will be better after a few weeks and to trust the process. If there was anything that wasn't perfect, the touch up will definitely cover it. I did, and no doubt it turned out so pretty!!!!! I had so many compliments. My friends loved it so much that they booked an appt with her within the few weeks of my healing process. My touch up with her, I pointed out that I actually want a higher arch, and she was able to achieve that for me even though my previous work had made it difficult for her. She spent a lot of time perfecting my eyebrows for me and I can't thank her enough. I'm so happy that I picked this place. And I would definitely recommend this place 100x over.

It's been 4 days and she can't get them off (we've tried coconut oil, steam, etc.) and she still has to pry her eyes open every morning. The second picture was today, 4 days later. Update: They won't refund her money citing that they should have been given time to rectify the situation (while also saying they don't check emails on the weekends...?) and that my Mom is at fault for trying to remove them herself. As a business owner myself I can understand policies and honestly even mistakes but her attitude towards my Mom is just bad business practice.

She is professional and makes every client feel so comfortable and beautiful. She always responds to any questions I have and replies back in a timely manner during her normal business hours. And her salon is also so gorgeous! If you're thinking about any her services, book with her! Her employee Nina also does an amazing job! I've followed her throughout her journey with her trainings with Bebe and I'm so impressed on how fast she developed her skills from classic to volume lashes. If you're looking for a more friendly price, Nina is the way to go! I've seen the recent reviews of complaints about "glue making their eyes shut" and I can say that's never been an issue for me... I don't know how that's even possible if the client was able to leave the salon with their eyes open. If anything it sounds like an allergic reaction, which as a healthcare professional, I know can be a delayed reaction even if the client has had no issues before and salons use different glues. As a first time client, you sign a waiver acknowledging this and if there's any reaction you should get it professionally removed as stated in the contract. Also, I've never had any issues with retention! As someone who cleans/brushes their lashes daily as instructed, I can say if you take care of your lashes it will last.

Also, because I cancelled/rescheduled so many times in the past they made me give a whole deposit to make an appointment and it could never be reimbursed. They should be shut down for violating my privacy.
