She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. He probably didn't have the strength or mobility to cut those talons himself. He just wanted them cut, I suspect he didn't even know what a regular pedicure. But then... a kind woman who said that her sister was the owner. She was very nice and patient with the man and insisted that she herself do a better job. It was very endearing to watch. When I got there and we started, she just steamed my face and said she couldn't extract anything. During the treatment she explained how my skin was reacting to the treatment and made several suggestions. I chose the PRX treatment and couldn't be happier with the excellent results. Josie took her time and provided an excellent mini upper body arms and hand massage and to my surprise my feet and lower legs. Total bonus on a winter day. For an hour Josie provided a beautiful experience providing a great ambiance in a relaxing environment. After several days my skin still feels and looks amazing and is still glowing. Having had other hyrdafacials mostly on vacations this one was by far the best and long lasting result that I have ever had.
