I wanted a pedicure and and powder which was not good at all I had to constantly tell the women what she needed to do she basically just soaked my feet and massaged and nothing more another girl came and took over her name was yaya she immediately went to paint my nails until I told her that the women didn't do anything just soaked my feet and massaged I want the full pedicure experience and then she cut my toe nails. Then we proceeded to start with my sns again the same women who did my pedicure first just started putting powder in my nails and I told her if she was going to cut and do my manicure which includes sitting filing and my cuticles she said they do that after they add the powder which is not how it's suppose to be and another women who works there overheard and confirmed that that's how they do it. Then the same girl yaya came in and started painting my nails once again I had to remind her that the girl didn't do anything just added powder so she cut my nails and cuticles then proceeded to do the powder and added gel on top mind you it was the worst I've ever had so I told the girl I didn't like it and she started over again .... Now my appointment was at 11:30 it is not 3 and we are doing everything over again now again she doesn't file my nails after the powder my nails are horrible they aren't even and I did not leave here until 4 then they had the audacity to charge 107.00 apparently I got a $5 discount. I will not waste my time to ever go to this place and recommend others to do the same.

They do a wonderful job everytime. I usually get SNS done, and my nails last for about 2-3 weeks, and still look as great as when I first got them done. At the end of your nail session, they do a mini shoulder massage to relieve any tension, which is nice after sitting in the chair for so long. They also give you a stamp card, so after 10 visits, you can get a free manicure, which is a cool plus!

New business management and new business name: Magnolia Nail Spa 4 The inside of the shop is still the same as old business Le Charme but it's not the same. Service and quality isn't the same under their old manager Ryan. I personally felt like it was a trap that they continue to use the LeCharme name and website when they had clearly changed. I was confused when I arrived and saw the name change but still gave them a chance as I had booked an appointment via Le Charme website and only had that day to get my nails done before going to a wedding on the West Coast. Also, even though I had an Spa Pedicure appointment for 10AM (opening time) I still had to wait. Other customers came in (either appt or walk in) and were seen first... they also had to call for more Nail technicians to come. I sat at the manicure station flipping through gel color templates waiting for Nail tech to see me. I already choose but waiting, at one point they had forgotten me until someone asked me what I wanted and I had to repeat myself again. I picked a spa pedicure treatment and selected gel as I heard gel last longer. It was my first time getting gel but I wanted to look my best for the wedding I'll be attending. I asked for paraffin wax for my feet and callus treatment. They were confused and said paraffin is already included in the spa package (I remember it is usually for heel only and I wanted for the entire feet) but they insisted it was included and for the entire feet, so I said okay and let them do their thing. Service was decent but my nail tech had rushed and missed a few spot. She didn't apply the polish carefully and throughly. It was like coloring your hair, they always leave a gap from the hairline so you can return for touchup. In my pic, you can see my toes didn't look as nice and pic was taken about 1.5-2hrs later (after appointment, I had quick lunch and went straight home). While I did enjoy the spa pedicure, because I wanted to pamper my feet, she was abit rough at times and rushed it. And no, she didn't apply paraffin wax to the entire feet; just the heel. I was willing to pay extra but they didn't do that. If you don't know, paraffin wax help rehydrate and trap in moisture and it's particularly effective for those who often get calluses to help in removing dead skin, and healing dry patches. It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. It can also minimize spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains. When it was time to pay, I thought I would have to shell out more for everything as I didn't know what the actual cost would be. I wanted Spa Pedicure package with Gel Color. Callus Treatment $10, Gel pedicure $55 & Spa Pedicure $45. I had assumed they would charge abit extra for the Gel coloring ontop of the Spa Pedicure package. After I paid and walked out (no receipt was given to me and I had hope to take a pic of the bill but the total was present quickly to me and was out of my view) and walked down the street, the owner lady came out chasing me saying I needed to pay more. I follow back and she said something else was charged to me.. again wasn't able to see the bill and had to trust her word and paid more. I finally left and disappointed later on when I examined my feet at home. I think its time to find a new Nail Salon.
