My husband and I liked Rob from the moment he came over to give us an estimate. He is a very…read morestraightforward person who knows his work - he explained and showed us exactly what would happen with our roof replacement. Not only did he offer us an excellent price, he also took pictures up there, showing us the problems and how they could be solved. We were having leaks during big rain storms, so (at his own instigation - we had not even really thought it would be possible), he came over here and put a tarp on the damaged area to keep water out until the roof replacement could begin. This was enormously helpful. The workers were all very professional and hardworking. They stripped off two layers of roofing, replaced plywood (we had not known that this would be necessary, but Rob had told us it was a possibility and had included a quote for it in his proposal - once the old roofing was removed, it was obvious that the plywood was needed). They also fixed our chimney which was in much worse repair than we had realized. This all happened in two days! They cleaned up the whole area beautifully each day. They had also made a little lean-to structure that protected my vegetables and flowers from being hit by falling debris from the roof! This was very effective, and the plants were all fine afterward. I heartily recommend Rob's Roofing for anyone who wants a thoroughly professional roofing job that will look beautiful. In addition, these are nice considerate people that you will feel comfortable having work on your house.

Diamond installed a new beautiful roof on my home 4 years ago. With all of the cold weather and snow this winter my roof developed enormous ice dams. This was caused by mother nature, not Diamond. I can go on and on about my experience with past roofers which brings me to my review of m&j roofing. We contacted this company and let me just say they are responsive,, they are honest, polite professional, and the pricing was great. They truly care about their customers. Louie is absolutely a wonderful man. He came here looked at my roof, told me what was done wrong what went wrong, and what needed to be done to prevent any further problems. He reassured me he would correct the issue and guaranteed his work into the future. The day they came they completed the job start to finish in one day. Nick and his dad kept me updated throughout the day and even helped me up on the roof to make sure I saw the damage previous roofers had done and what went wrong. I was a bit skeptical about the quote because I have been through drama with contractors. Bill was phenomenal from the first call. I sent him a few pictures and he called me to schedule a meeting. He arrived right when he said he would and soon after provided a quote with suggestions that matched what we talked about during the walk through. Needless to say the quote matched my budget and we booked to have it started. Bill, Justin and Kevin are stand up guys and I feel like the are now part of my family. From the beginning he gave me one quote and then said to go through insurance because it would be easier. This is my first time owning a home and boy was he wrong. I went through insurance just to find out after the roof was completed that he charges more if insurance is involved in order to get a bigger paycheck then what he would charge if it were in cash. That is not only unethical that is absolutely stealing from insurance companies. I asked him several times after I found this out if the price would differ if he I would've given him cash and he said yes. I explained multiple times that that is not right because it is the same exact job. He did not care. Waiting for insurance check to come in was a nightmare because they take forever. All Edwin did throughout the waiting period was call me or text me to see if the checks had arrived. I had to stop picking up his phone calls and text messages and ask him to stop calling me. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is basically a con-man with an LLC. I will reporting him to the Better Business Bureau for his lack of professionalism and unethical behaviors. He should not be in business.
