Tonight it was behind the market and that worked well. When several cars are waiting at different vantage points it gets confusing about who is next. There are places to eat here and if you need a restroom just walk over to the store. I personally like to walk over to the Sizzler, the restroom is straight ahead from the front door, and it is well cared for. This station typically has one stall needing service on several occasions.

This is what EV charging should look like…read more As a Tesla owner, I've charged at a lot of stations over the years, and Rove is by far one of the nicest charging facilities I've been to. The first thing that stood out was the size of the station. There are 40 DC fast chargers, including 27 Tesla chargers, so finding an available charger wasn't an issue. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with large solar canopies providing shade over the charging stalls. What really separates Rove from a typical charging stop is everything else they offer. There's a ReCharge by Gelson's market with snacks, drinks, and fresh food, a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, a car wash, complimentary vacuums, and even a water bottle filling station. It feels more like a premium travel stop than a charging station. I especially appreciated the little details. The property was spotless, there was security on site, and the complimentary vacuums were a nice touch. The facility feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming whether you're stopping for 15 minutes or a longer charge. The location is also convenient right off the 5 Freeway, making it an easy stop while traveling through Orange County. As EV adoption continues to grow, this is exactly the type of charging experience I'd like to see more of. Plenty of chargers, great amenities, clean facilities, and a comfortable place to spend your charging time. If you're an EV owner and haven't checked out Rove yet, it's worth the stop.

I will say that compared to some local places the $10 car wash is really not a great deal for the short little wash compared to other places where a full use any time membership can be had for the cost of three visits here Getting back to the positives, the market is very well stocked with lots of great items and generally most people will find an abundance here of anything they're looking for, but I'm not necessarily sure that everything here is geared toward the typical demographic of EV user and for that matter even the brand of Gelson's. Coffee options are frankly awful and there are lots of premade foods which aren't really so much grab and go but also take home so I kind of question that as well as the typical 711 style hot dog set up. The highlight here is the very comfortable lounge area with plentiful seating, which is kept immaculately clean as well as the bathrooms, which are well-maintained. Overall, this is certainly superior to just parking at EV Charger in a basic shopping center or isolated parking lot and with maybe a few tweaks it could become something excellent but even as it is, it is very good and I still highly recommend it.

In a target parking lot so shopping and restrooms are available nearby. Drivers were courteous at this location, with most only charging to 80% SOC, we were there less than 30 minutes and 6 cars came while we were charging and most were hooked up and charging in less than 15 minutes from the time they pulled into the wait line. Hopefully EA can get more chargers to be this efficient.

I understand the reason but this company's practices are unfair. I entered my phone number before charging to request charging updates so that I could get my car as soon as done. I never got the text. The company told me it was probably my phone service. Really??? I have Verizon coverage and coverage is perfect in Seal Beach. I really feel that the company should refund me the idle time for this honest mistake. I cost me $90 +!
