Today we have A DETAIL/CAR WASH guy here cleaning teslas for a decent price! $25-$65 and additional add on's! Which is smart because the $7 wash doesn't clean the car as good! So tired of paying for those car washes! I had to wait 55 mins to fully charge so I cleaned out my car a lil and I can still go to target for the last 25 mins I have a gift card but none the less this location is wise in a mall parking lot! This Tesla Supercharger is one of my favorites in the OC area. It is conveniently located right off the 405 freeway and is adjacent to a 2-story Target (at Westminster Mall). Since there are 24 stalls, there is rarely any wait. Also, if you need a quick car wash, there is an independent, onsite service Mon-Sat from 8 AM to 4 PM (see photos). read more

This Tesla Supercharger is located in the Westminster Mall that's closest to Bolsa Ave and West Dr. In addition to these Superchargers, there are also regular EV charging stations not too far away. There are a few chargers located under trees and those require you to reverse park your car. The other chargers that are out in the open can be parked head in. The mall that the chargers are located at is a decent size so there are plenty of stores and food places that you can walk around while your car charges. Overall, this location was easy to find and had a decent number of chargers (as well as charging options) to choose from. It's well lit and there are plenty of things to do in the Westminster Mall nearby. read more

This Tesla supercharging station is by far, the slowest of any charging station I've ever been to in So Cal. I thought there was a mistake when I plugged in and it said 60 minutes to charge to 80% ( from 28%). I also preconditioned the engine before arriving there. WTH?? It's happened the last 4 times I've been there. Will arrange next time to go to another station. Do not recommend, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

Great charging station in front of a target. It's a slower charger but it's worth it if you need to pick up some items at target.

Easy to get to and nice that it's next to a target if I ever need to do a quick target run. Also one of the cheaper supercharging stations along the 405 in OC after 7pm. I guess it's a popular spot though bc it lowered my charging threshold to 80% without me realizing and finished earlier than I expected. If it hadn't been the first time I was idle, I would have incurred fees. Will definitely become my go to spot on my way home from work. read more

I really like this supercharge location. It has options for both forward and back up charging options. Not only that but there are many slots available. Don't get me wrong, it definitely fills up fast at very odd hours but convenient for a pop in when I'm in the area :) I will continue to pop in for my charging needs. read more

Westminster, Ca. This charging station is a good one as there is a lot of chargers here, 24 I believe. I noticed that the charging rates are faster here with the newer style pedestals. I have never had to wait but I have observed the place fill up and arriving cars waiting for a few minutes. I prefer the back in stalls at beginning of the row. It's easier to get out of those. The majority of the stalls are head in and it's just a little tight when leaving. There is a mall right there to occupy your time if need be. I avoided doing so last time due to this COVID thing. read more

This is one of my usual spots for supercharging. It is a nice distance between LA and SD. Target is in the same parking lot so I tend to spend a little time there while my car is charging. Nothing much in that shopping mall to see though. It is a popular spot to charge as I have had a friends notice me by my hair when I am out of my car haha. Due to its popularity, a wait can develop, but I get confused where the line is. Luckily, I have only been to this charger when there was one car in front of me. Anyways, the Tesla map will direct you to other Superchargers in the area. There are several in the OC. read more

There are 24 superchargers at this location. Located right across from the Target and the Westminster mall, plug in and do some errands or get a coffee at the StarBucks. If you have a choice between here and the superchargers at the Main Place Mall (off the 5), then come down the 405 and charge here. Twice the number of chargers and a mall to kill time in. As you all may know that the super chargers are not Tesla owned, they are equivalent to a gas station and are individually owned. The charging prices vary for location to location. This place charges an arm and a leg for charging. The prices are actually similar if not higher to if you were to purchase the $5 per gallon gas. Additionally with only a handful of cars it's charging at 260 miles per hour. I have been to location that were full and charging at over 800 miles per hour Please plan accordingly and do not charge here read more

On a road trip from San Diego up to Los Angeles and needed a place to get some fuel for the car and for myself. The navigator indicated a few open stalls out of the 24. Plus very close to the freeway. Thought I would give this site a try. The charging stalls are located in the parking lot closest to the target store. When I got there, all the stalls were filled and there was one car waiting ahead of me. With 24 stalls, it should never be more than a 5 to 10 minute wait. And that was the case. We were able to plug-in, walk over to the mall and get a quick lunch. Then back on the road before incurring penalties for overstaying my welcome. By the time I got back to pull out, they were five or six stalls open. read more

I'm reluctant to write this review because I feel like this location is a bit of a secret. 24 stations, never anywhere near capacity. You can drive in fwd to most of them. Westminster mall is right there. A leisurely walk to Cinnabon and back gets you 100+ miles. Super easy location to get in and out of. read more

New 24 Stall Tesla Supercharger just opened outside Westminister Mall facing Target. 8 stalls back in and 16 require you to drive forward. This is one of the largest locations in Orange County. I had no issue finding a spot at 4:30pm on a Sunday at they are all 120KW. read more

This is a nice location with 24 stations. There are always open stations when I come unlike the FV and SA locations. Pretty consistent charging speeds. They had a car wash station setup today. Car wash while charging. read more

We just got our baby, the Model 3 Tesla, on 12/29/18 and it was time for the first feeding! Our electrician hadn't yet put in our charger at home, and we were down to 80 miles, so we decided to check out the Tesla Superchargers. Since Main Place Mall is nearby, we went to that Tesla Supercharge station first. Our phone app said there was 1 available stall but when we got there, we discovered that one of the stalls was evidently not working and was blocked off. That was the one available stall that showed on our phone app. There was a very nice Attendant who told us we were 4th in line and the wait was about 20 minutes. So, we checked the app and saw that there were 5 available Westminster. We simply tapped on Westminster, the phone app sent the directions to the car and away we went! As expected, the chargers are located at the Westminster Mall and the app was correct in that there were available stalls, both pull in and back in styles. We chose a "pull in" stall and plugged in. To pass the time, we walked over to the Target which is just a parking lot away from the charging stalls. We returned about 20 minutes later and our car was already charged up to 200 miles, which was sufficient. It was so easy!!! The area around the stalls is clean and safe and I liked that there was plenty of room to maneuver in and out of the stalls. This was a very pleasant "first feeding" of our baby! read more

I don't know why no one's mentioned the ants! When all the spots where you pull forward into are taken, you'll have to back into a spot where the charger is COVERED with ants. I thought it was a one time thing... I thought I had bad luck with the charger I chose along the side, but nope. The ants are attracted to the charger for some reason... and I guess there must be a huge ant colony by the trees there. So gross... I use a napkin and they still crawl on my hands... I started using hand sanitizer spray to spray the charger handle down, but it doesn't change the fact that you have to use a napkin to grab the sanitized, immobilized ants afterwards... and your charging port on your car ends up housing the ants as well. Nasty. After my third ant spectacle, I stopped using the chargers next to the trees. Unfortunately, the forward pull in spots are the first to be taken and there is usually one or two that are out of service. Thankfully, I've been able to grab a working forward pull in spot the last couple of times. Never gonna bother with the ants again. read more

Lots of chargers. Several were out of service. While nearly full Christmas Eve there was still a couple chargers. Be advised these are the Supercharger "minis" so you charge speed seems to be capped around 65-70 kW unliked the larger Supercharger's. For whatever reason my Tesla navigation routed me to the 3rd party chargers instead of the Tesla chargers but they were within eyesight of each other. read more
