When I brought my car in, they quickly found a nail in it. Randy also pointed out that my tread was getting low and suggested new tires for safety. I really appreciated how proactive and honest he was. He ordered the tires right away and got me scheduled for installation immediately. I dropped the car off and got it back within a few hours with new tires and an alignment. Super quick turnaround and awesome service. Highly recommend EV Central! This place is great. It was recommended to me after I had a small accident and needed a new headlight assembly and the front bumper to be reattached. My car is old (but good!) and I don't make much money, and Walter understood. He worked to find me the best deal on a reconditioned headlight assembly, did the bumper for me, and then also fixed some additional damage they found while working on it free of charge. He knew I didn't want paint touch-ups (it's not that kind of car, lol!) and he didn't try to convince me that I needed them. They did the work for me in one day.
