Scheduled a tow for illegally parked vehicle on private property in CFalls on a Tuesday early…read moreafternoon. Provided description, plate, and marked parking spot number where vehicle was illegally parked since the previous evening. Sometime between when I called Ohs, and when the vehicle was towed, it was moved out of my spot to another spot in the garage, which was a legal spot for another tenant. Ohs showed over 24hrs later and towed the vehicle from the wrong spot on Weds evening to their 1010 Jensen location. I got an earful from the tenant in the spot from which it was towed - despite it being their own fault I was never informed that they'd moved the vehicle. I gave Ohs the benefit of the doubt that they wouldn't tow from any spot other than the one I provided when I called them, and that the driver would give me a call to confirm the exact location if something was 'off'. Neither happened, just the usual shady sh*t that towing companies pull. Contacted Ohs on Thurs morning to tell them they screwed up and towed from the wrong spot, and the best they could do was offer a $25 discount, making the payment $152.00. I have bigger things going on in my life and rather than squabble over $152 and be an ass to the other tenant, I took the high road and paid the bill just to be done with it. Lesson learned ... ALWAYS confirm specifics with the towing company as to time, exact location, etc. otherwise they will take advantage of you and claim no fault when you call them out on it. To Ohs Towing: do better. When your driver is ready to hook up to a tow, make absolutely sure that they contact the requesting party to confirm all the details again, even if it means you miss out on a tow. I'm beyond pi**ed off and you should be embarrassed for sacrificing integrity to chase a few bucks. I'll never use your service again.

I brought the vehicle in early that morning, and by the afternoon, I received a call from Will with the results. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair exceeded the value of the vehicle, as it had 200k miles on it, so I am electing to purchase another vehicle. Will was kind enough to email me a detailed itemization of the repair expenses. It was obvious he had put a lot of time into the evaluation and repair estimate, which he did not charge me for. Although I did not utilize his repair services, I can advocate for his professionalism, transparency, and honest business practices. Another important item to note is that I had called about 5 other repair shops around Kalispell and Bigfork, and his shop was the only one that had the equipment and skill set to do the job, besides taking it to the dealership. Unfortunately, it was more than they could work on. Didn't have parts or the tools. After calling at least 5 or 6 other mechanics from Livingston to Bozeman, from dealerships to private mechanics, we finally found Chris at Northwest. We had verbal quotes all over the place and scheduling was July, September and maybe we can fit you in. My husband had called our mechanic in Florida so we knew what it should cost. We needed a new cam and follower. Apparently, this is s common problem on Jeeps with 100,000 miles. We dropped the Jeep off on a Friday with an appointment on the following Friday. We also had a written quote, (not verbal). It was risky to keep driving it so we thought it was better just to leave it at Northwest. Chris said if there was a cancellation then he would work on the Jeep. On Tuesday morning by husband received an email invoice. The Jeep was repaired, ready for pick up and within to quote. We are so thankful that there are still honest, reasonable and reliable mechanics out there. There's so much more to this nightmare, but thanks to Northwest the Jeep is back to exploring.
