They took the time to listen to what I wanted, carefully measured and mapped out the shape of my brows to match my face perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results are stunning and so natural-looking. My eyebrows now have the perfect fullness and shape I've always dreamed of, saving me so much time every morning. The strokes mimic real hair so closely that it's hard to tell it isn't natural. Plus, the pigment matches my natural color beautifully. If you've been on the fence about microblading, I highly recommend it. It's a game-changer! Not only does it boost your confidence, but it also simplifies your beauty routine. This is hands-down one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself!

My hubby asked me my Christmas wishes and I said eyebrows by Sascha! Thanks to the early 2000's of the trend of the short lived "skinny brow"- I had over tweezed my eyebrows and have since then been filling them in. It took way to much time out of my day and was a hassle to fill them myself. Day of procedure: Sascha came in the room so warm, so nice and sweet! I have to add, she gave me some gourmet cookies to take to my children. That was so nice and thoughtful. She was very attentive in listening to my brow envision. I had an idea what I wanted but as excited as I was I was almost equally nervous because a face tattoo is not something you can wipe off- however I was shown by a friend her work and thought it was so pretty!! -Sascha took the time to ask me my thoughts, looked at my "inspiration" photos, show me different shapes, sizes, and techniques! I never once felt rushed or pressured to conform to any shape, color, or technique. She let me view and sample colors. I have learned that she makes your experience completely customizable. When I say customizable, it's completely that way. She takes into consideration face shape, your wants, your expectations, symmetry, and perfection. It takes a few crossovers and each time she builds off the first go over and the next to ensure the happiness of color, shape, stroke blend. She really took the time to make sure I was happy. She asked if there was any places I wanted touch ups she wanted perfection. I appreciated that so much. She did not want to stop until I felt like I saw my true self before I had plucked anything out! I have sensitive skin and I never got swollen or had an allergic reaction ! I would recommend her to a family member, friend, or anyone who wants high quality work. When I left, she asked if she could make me a tea to go. You can't beat high quality work from such a warm and nice person. I highly recommend her!!!

They close at 5 PM, but I called ahead to see if I could squeeze in a pedicure at 4:30. They were super friendly and welcoming over the phone and in-person. They got me in without any issue, which I much appreciate. It means a lot. Sarah did a great job on my toes. She's also amazing with leg massages, which is my favorite part of getting a pedi. I didn't have Amy, but I watched her working on someone next to me and her attention to detail really stood out. I'd recommend either of them. One small note: I would've liked my toenails shaped a bit more square and straight, but I understand that can be tricky depending on the natural shape of your nails. Honestly, it seems almost impossible unless you're getting acrylics on your toes. I also noticed for the callus removal, they only used the callus sponge and not the scraper. I personally prefer both as the scraper gets most of the dead skin off (which is actually my second favorite part of a pedi!), and the sponge is great for smoothing out what the scraper missed. I would've really loved that extra step in the service. Overall though, still a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try the jelly pedicure next time!

This was my second visit. The first time I had a good experience, although I thought the prices…read morewere high. I decided to give them another chance and ended up spending over $250 on two full sets. One had designs and beads, while mine was very simple. Mine took longer than my daughter's, the quality was poor, I had to return to have them fixed, and less than a week later one of my nails came completely off. I left an honest review based on my experience because I believe that's what reviews are for. Shortly afterward, my small business received two 1-star reviews from people who have never been customers. One left no explanation, and the other falsely claimed they got food poisoning from our shaved ice stand. You can draw your own conclusions, but the timing speaks for itself. As a fellow small business owner, I would never retaliate against another business for leaving honest feedback. If this is how criticism is handled, it's not a business I can recommend. Take a few minutes to read through their reviews for yourself. You'll see that my concerns about the pricing and quality aren't unique, and other customers have shared similar experiences. I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's business--I was simply trying to help others avoid spending their hard-earned money on an experience like mine. I recommended Aaron at Artisan Nails because that's where I've personally had a much better experience, and that's my honest opinion.
