This nail salon is so bad. I've gone here a couple times and so has my mom and my friend. All of us have been overcharged a lot and they aren't nice. I asked for a palm tree and got a pineapple. I have also asked how much will it be then when its time to checkout, it's more than what they said. And one time I wanted a new set and they ripped my nails off instead of soaking. They're always in a rush instead of caring about their customers. If I'm overcharged, I wanna at least be able to say I had a relaxing time which I cannot. read more

I have been to this location twice. They are nice here. I have only gotten pedicures here. There is a list of types of pedicures offered ranging from $30-$50 maybe more. I chose a service for $50. Normally when I go for a more expensive option I think the massage should be longer and more of it. Today it was not. My friend who was beside me went for the $35 option and had a wonderful massage. Of course my toes look pretty and the heels are smooth, but I was looking forward to an amazing massage! But, other than that the place seems clean and they are kind. I will return. read more

I've been here twice and it's a nice atmosphere. The first time I went with my mom to get a pedicure but when we left her feet were still dry and flaky. I went there yesterday to get a manicure and the lady did a nice job but there is some detailed spots on my nails that aren't filled in and the tips of my nails aren't fully painted. This place is very unprofessional I've personally came here for the last 10 years super convenient location yo my home however doesn't matter if you waited several hours they will let others skip you they will not acknowledge the time you watch them service others and they will get super upset if you aren't spending much money on services and purposely avoid you for example polish change or a single nail repair they will purposely inconvenience until you have no choice but to leave then they will be rude as if you haven't been completely patient with them. read more

Every time I've left this place I've left upset. The last few times I've gotten in with several females there and it's always the same, they want you out of your chair, they're rude, and not to mention last time I was there the lady tried to leave me with uneven, crooked, messy nails. The manager(I'm assuming) had to fix it but still was a ridiculous process. Just flat out did not have a good experience. I went in with my 5 year old, I asked where she could sit. Then I sat her where they pointed. So why did they pick her up and move her? So weird. When I put my feet in the water for a pedicure, the water was scalding! I was like no big deal and asked them to make it cooler. Idk why but they didn't make it any cooler. I think I've found a new nail place!!!! Recently moved back to Southside and was looking to try a new nail shop. Came across Eastern nails decided to give it a try. The ladies here did not disappoint. They did an amazing job on myself and my daughter in law. We both got the luxury pedicures which included a mask and hot towels. I got my eyebrows done here on a Sunday. Considering most places in Oklahoma are closed on Sundays, I found this place opens at noon and close to home. Super busy with customers only 30 min after opening for manis and pedis. The technician did a decent job on my eyebrows. The shape was exactly what I asked for, but my top eye liner on one eye was smeared in the process. read more

I work a lot with my hands so they are shreaded, I had the pleasure of sitting with Tammy, she was very considerate and didn't mind doing a manacure, on well a man. My wife got a set of gels by Joe and they are amazing. They are a full service salon super nice and really reasonable with their pricing. Will be going back for a pedicure soon. read more

Awful experience. I've never had a nail tech slice my nail beds so horribly. I've already noticed yellowing in the cuts as well, indicating possible infection. They did not shape my nails properly NOR evenly. All my acrylics are different lengths and widths, no matter how many times I told her that one is way longer, or that one is way more narrow ( i was going for a medium coffin style) I will not return to this place nor will my friends after this experience. My nails and nail beds are sore and still bleeding from how deeply she cut my cuticles, which she cut past my cuticles more on my skin at that point. read more

I drive about 35 mins to come to this salon every 2 weeks, I had a nail break a few days after my last visit, I returned to have it fixed. I was asked to have a sit then when they asked what I was in for I told them just to have a nail fixed, I was then told to come back the next day because they are too busy to fix it. I really had high hopes for this place. First experience was amazing with a full set and pedi. Second was so so. Third a big disappointment and forth horrible. Had a marbled design done 2 days ago that looked more like a pale muted water coloring on white, figured that was my fault for picking something obviously too complicated and that I'll change and fix the color at home, ended up messing them up beyond my repair and went back today to have them redone. By far the worst experience! I understand accidents do happen, but totally unacceptable in my opinion to having cuts and sore fingers from over aggressive filing and shaping because they are too busy and rushing or chatting and looking away while filing. Then to add insult to injury wanting to charge me more for polishing with three colors that I brought, so should have done it at home myself. I certainly will not be going back to this place ever again, didn't even waste the time on getting the card stamped for the visit. I've been going to Eastern Nail for several years now and the past few times I have left disappointed with my services. I've had an appointment to get a Fill (dip) and Pedi (Gel) where I've been rushed to pick colors that ended up not matching. I've left w a fresh pedi and heels that were forgotten about. I've paid cash and not received the 5% discount (multiple times). Then this last time I was shuffled from one seat to another, told it was $15 more to remove Gel from my toes; and then told I must've forgotten the price. read more

Absolutely WILL NOT be coming back to this nail spa. I bought my mom a shellac and pedicure gift certificates for Mother's Day she called and made an appointment for 1 o'clock today we walked in 20 minutes early to avoid any complications because we are new to this nail place, we walk in and I tell the lady greeting people we we're here for her appointment also told her I was just here with her and not getting a manicure nor a pedicure they ask her to pick her color we walk to the back of the shop where have their colors start looking choose one another lady tells her to sit down she asks me again if I'm also getting a pedicure and I again say "no just her" as I'm standing next to her chair the lady who's sitting next to the chair she's sitting in proceeds to get the tub ready and tells me to sit down I AGAIN tell someone else "no just her I'm not getting a pedicure" the lady who greeted us at the door asks me to come sit down in a chair next to the entrance and I asked her "why" my mother and I regularly get our nails and toes down and they've always allowed us to sit in the chair and if they are busy stand next to the chair next to us. The lady who greeted us tells me the reason why she's asking me to sit down up from was because "I was trying to sit down in the chair next to her" I told her " no I was simply standing next to the chair" she never understood what I was trying to say kept arguing that I was trying to sit down in their chair and it was an unprofessional ordeal that could've been handled better and she never apologized for HER misunderstanding us. Soooo morale to the story DO NOT bring someone along if they aren't getting their nails or toes done also. Very unpleasant experience and will not come here EVER again and if anyone ever asks me about this place I'll be sure to tell them it's absolutely not the place to come. read more
