I've actually had pretty good luck with EWC locations specifically, but have had more turnover in waxers then I'd like (I get Brazilian's so I don't care for a new waxer every month - though I also had a baby this year and that did wonders for my uh...shyness? But really, last time I got the text I was lucky enough that they placed me with Brooklynn! She is wonderful. I was actually shocked to learn half way through that she was relatively new. I asked for a palm tree and got a pineapple. I have also asked how much will it be then when its time to checkout, it's more than what they said. And one time I wanted a new set and they ripped my nails off instead of soaking. They're always in a rush instead of caring about their customers.
