Last time I go anywhere for a cut/ color with no contacts in and if the person that sets the time can't be bothered to even arrive on time..... oh, and then AFTER the very bad job was sorta complete ( at least,as much as I was willing to wait while other customers were dealt with) I was told that SHE DID NOT take credit cards. All I wanted was to get my boyfriend a trim that he was happy with and they didn't even have time to fix it as the next appointment came in 30 minutes after we showed up. He just wanted an even short cut and she left it too long with no time to fix it. Don't go here for men's haircuts. It seems to be geared towards women's dye jobs.

She cut my bangs perfectly and trimmed all the dead ends off. I usually hate talking during service because I just feel awkward but she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Not only that but I also had my hair styled and I think I left that salon feeling the cutest I ever have. Tracey gave me perfect beachy waves; I was taking pictures for everyone. I'm definitely going to start coming here and getting my hair cut/styled more often! Edit: I took it down by two stars because I had my hair cut by someone else who wasn't Tracey and I'm very disappointed with it. I asked for my bangs to be "long enough to sweep to the side but short enough I can wear them straight down if I want to" and had a picture showing what I meant. It was the same thing I told Tracey and same picture. The other girl cut them so short that they're half an inch above my eyebrows. I left with uneven blunt bangs; not at all what I asked for :/ I'm still going back but I'm definitely not risking having someone else cut my hair next time. This didn't happen once it happened three times in three months. One time I arrived 10 minutes early and she arrived 40 minutes late because there was something to do with her car, truck or something. I've was in business for 45 years and I made sure I could be on time for my appointments by starting early enough to address any problems. I just gave up. I got tired of it.

I met a wonderful woman with a fairly similar cut who recommended me to her stylist, Katie at Hair Rage III. Katie asked lots of questions and felt my hair texture prior to ever cutting it, so I felt good about it pretty quickly. The hard part for both of us is that I am trying to grow out my pixie. I'm worried that it's going to be a difficult process, but feeling better with Katie on my side! If the wind hadn't been so rude and ruined my style instantly, this photo could have been better!

I gave reference photos that had a picture of bangs maybe an inch above the eyebrows,, and she cut my bangs so short it's less than an half an inch from my scalp. she did ask if she could go shorter to layer the hair but I said yes but not very much extra. I also said I didn't want products and she put a thickening powder in my hair after I had asked for that part to be thinned out with scissors. after she finished she said "I give free bang trims, this is will look better the next cut" it's going to take months to grow my bangs back out so I can even just style them without having to lay them down with a headband. I can't even use a flat iron she cut the under part of the hair shorter than the top layer of the bangs. it makes no sense. paid and said thank you. everyone was also very rude and standoffish. there was 4 staff at the front when I walked in and they acted like I brought in a gun the way they gawked at me. no one even said hello I had to say I had an appointment at noon for someone to tell me I had been checked in.
