The patio included the purchase of a grill recommended and sold by the company. Construction of the patio was completed in April of 2024. July 2024 the grill no longer works. We have been in constant contact with the company asking for help. This project was far from inexpensive and part of enjoying the patio is the ability to grill. Our GC said they had received other complaints on the grill they recommended and sold us. Per the GC they would give us another grill since there are known issues with the one they sold us. I had communication with the GC on the following dates: July 13, July 18, July 24, July 29, July 30, July 31, August 2, August 8, August 9, August 14, August 19, August 29, August 30, Sept 9, Sept 11, Sep 24, Oct 8, Oct 9, October 15. The whole time being promised we are working on it and want to do the right thing for you as our customer. I finally reach out to have my issue escalated to the owner and was told 1. No - I'm not getting a new grill (although they know this one has issues) 2. They haven't even begun the process to get the replacement part.
