I've made several large purchases from EuroOptic. The shipping is always super fast. I don't think I've ever paid tax that wasn't covered by an additional discount. Additionally, the one purchase I made that was troubled, it wasn't their fault, yet they responded with professionalism and a sense of urgency that's unmatched in the industry. Isaac was a f'n SUPERHERO! Dude recognized my issue, got my RMA setup and sent of a replacement at lightening speed. You guys ROCK! Now go tell DT to get their heads out of their behinds. read more

I did not know about EuroOptic before finding a price there that almost seemed too good to be true. Turns out it was 100% legit. I also had to contact them a couple times by phone or email and they are always quick to respond. For example, I was easily able to change one of my items for another option. They did everything to make me a happy customer! read more

Ordered a Micro Red Dot for a Glock 17, 19 Slide and got one that didnt fit. When asking EuroOptic why no adapter plate and for help fitting it. I was told there was no plate and that they would send me a return label. Waited for the label and got nothing. Asked for the return label through thier website and got this..."We kindly ask that you pay to return the item as we shipped you what you ordered". A little bait and switch going on here. Went to DPP and got an adapter plate that doesn't exist according to EuroOptic. With great prices comes rock bottom customer service. Sad, this could of been the go-to shop for the other 15 firearms I am purchasing optics for. Moving onto a company with better customer service. read more

Ridiculously poor customer service!!! A recent purchase was shipped via UPS 2nd-day air and an attempt was made by UPS to deliver at my home address. Unfortunately, UPS required a signature from and adult and would only deliver to my home between the hours of 11:00AM and 1:00 PM...when I am away at work. When I contacted UPS to arrange a different delivery time of address I was told that the restrictions placed on delivery were made by the shipper (eurooptic) and could only be changed by them. When I finally was able to reach someone in customer service they claimed that they could not amend these restrictions...Argggh! To be clear, these restrictions placed on the delivery were NOT disclosed at the time of purchase. The only option offered was to amend the delivery address...but eurooptic was then going to charge me for this service...ridiculous. I politely requested that europtic wave this fee, as it was their non disclose restrictions causing the delivery issues...of course they refused. After reading other reviews now of this company I fully expect them to try to charge me a restocking fee and maybe even a return shipping fee....which I will certainly dispute via my credit card company should it occur. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM EUROOPTIC! read more

I was sent a special with a $100 off a scope. After weeks or asking the status and being told multiple of things, I was now told, I will not be receiving the rebate. The explanation was that with a 'Military Discount" the will be no rebate. I get that. However the discount was $20 and if given the choice, I will take the $100 (obviously). I even asked for a refund, repurchase of the item at full price, and then the rebate. I was denied. Don't send me specials, if I don't qualify for them, and be honest. The most frustrating part is that I wasted hours chasing this down. read more

I placed an online order for a jacket on March 10, 2021 for a gift for my sons birthday in July. It was made by Sitka clothing which normally would fit in XL. Found out after fitment issue that Sitka has levels of sizing, Performance, Standard, & Expedition Fit. Eurooptic Sizing Chart did not declare this in sizing. Turns out This jacket is Expedition Fit which caused jacket to be supersized from most Performance Fit Garments in our closet. I have enclosed Sitka sizing which Eurooptic only provides the standard sizing chart with inches but not the additional sizing charts Sitka uses for fitment. I called Eurooptic to request an exchange for a Large that was in stock. Customer Service says you are passed 15 day from order return. I explain I only want an exchange, item is new with tags, and was a gift. Ask to speak with Manager as they say No. Speak with Ari whom refuse to give his last name, but says he is the Customer Service Manager. He is very unfriendly, tells me my responsibility to know return policy and also refers me to 15 Day Return Policy. I tell Ari it is an Exchange of a Gift Item, and he berates me for my irresponsibility for not being familiar with Eurooptic Return Policy, and buying a gift 3 months before my sons birthday. If you want poor customer service then buy here, if you want a reasonable accommodation for a mail order sizing issue, and a lack of transparency on sizing ny merchant then I suggest you would be better served to look elsewhere. read more

$3000 doesn't necessarily get you a scope from these guys. I ordered a nice Nightforce scope. They only ship with a signature on receipt. I drive a truck and can't be there to sign for it. So....after spending 3 grand and waiting like a kid on Christmas eve.....no scope. When contacted, they were totally inflexible. Look, maybe they sell good stuff. I wouldn't know. I couldn't be there to sign for it....so.... If you lead a non standard life and don't fit into their little idea of how business is conducted, this is not a company you can do business with. I guess I will wind up taking one of my few days off to drive 5 hours and buy a scope in person. Too bad I wasted 2 weeks on these guys..... read more

I've heard great things about EuroOptic (reviews and word of mouth), so I thought I'd try purchasing a firearm. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't that great and I won't be making additional purchases in the future. I purchased a new Springfield Armory 1911 A1 EMP 9mm Champion. The gun was advertised as new, but when it arrived at my FFL (within the hour after the shipment arrived), we opened up the package and discovered it had in fact been used -- gun powder in the serrations of the slide. Unfortunately in the time of covid-19, I thought I'd rather keep it than send it back and wait weeks for inventory to arrive. The gun worked well at the range. However, when I went to clean the gun, I noticed it was missing a critical piece used to clean it -- a tool to hold the recoil spring guide in place when disassembling. Fortunately, I contacted Springfield Armory and they sent me out a replacement part. read more

Another trip to EuroOptic, another mission accomplished. The staff is friendly, helpful and the store has got to be the most beautiful gun store outside of the fantasy Sommelier from the John Wick movies. Alex really knocked it out of the park with this place and I will continue happily doing business with them. As a side note if you buy something from a store with a 15 day return policy and don't look at the item for more than 15 days that's your own fault. Shame on you for posting that a company didn't "work with you" to return items beyond the stated policy and then giving negative reviews. Yelp should remove any reviews where the poster admits they were wrong then gives a bad rating. read more

This is a sleazy dishonest outfit. Charge you money and never send item but try to keep your money. I placed an order of a Leica monocular that is backordered after emailing them asking the delivery time and I was told a week. They charged the full price immediately saying its their policy. A week came by and they said another week. when the time is up, they had no idea when they can get the scope. I then cancelled the order and asked when they will issue the refund and was told one day. I called back two working days afterwards and another person told me it can be up to 3 weeks. I found the salesman who told me the BS and he changed, of cause, when they will issue refund saying it is out of his control. read more

I don't even have to look anymore IF they have the best pricing... they have become my 'consultants' as far as what I should get, what fits what, what's the best... they are efficient and immediate with shipping in-stock items and being on the ball... they've never given me even a hiccup of an issue in the 5 years (about all the time I've been using them.) Basically, I find something I want, research it, maybe have to ask EuroOptic staff about it...google it on various sites and IF EuroOptic has it in-stock and it's over like $250.00 in total, shipping is free and I simply order it from them without any worry. Its a shame there are so many one-star reviews for this business. I cannot comment on others' experiences, but all of my interactions with EuroOptic have been great. I have purchased both online and in-store and have always been satisfied. I've purchased firearms, optics and ammo. I once purchased an expensive Trijicon scope and it arrived DOA (the illuminated reticle was non-functioning) but this is a manufacturer issue, not a retailer issue. They took the defective scope back with no hassle. EuroOptic has a great inventory of in-stock firearms and optics and I consider myself lucky to live just close enough (2 hour drive) to be able to make the drive up when I want something right away. read more

Sent wrong gun to my ffL and then try to convince me it was the right gun for me really annoying I told them to replace the wrong gun which they did quickly when I ordered it Kyle asked me if I needed rings which I did and guess what they also sent me the wrong size rings everything was a disaster took up a lot of my time and had to pay three dollars at UPS store to ship the rings back. after all the BS and time they should have refunded my money and sent the right rings anyway poor customer service they're always right I've only been hunting for 46 years never euro optics again Finished up deal with x-raying supply in Delaware much easier to deal with they put the customer first thanks for reading . Ordered a scope to be used on a hunt two weeks out. Stew (sales) offered free shipping, which I expected was a few dats. Here we are five days out and ups has it scheduled for delivery on the evening AFTER I leave. I called eurooptic - stew could care less and so could the (not good) Customer Service manger who stated "we don't need your business and we don't want your business." That said it all! Eurooptic could have and should have sad "sorry dude, let's switch it to express", but nope - "we don't need your business and we don't want your business". I went over to Sportsman Warehouse and bought one - they appreciate my business and they appreciate the 14 years That I was in the US Army! I ordered a Sig Echo-1 thermal sight and it was defective, had the dreaded battery drain. I called sig and they wanted to give me credit for another optic, but there was nothing that I wanted of there's for $1200 so I contacted eurooptics where I initially made the purchase and they made good of it....I sent them the optic back and with in 3-4 days from them receiving it my card account was credited. I purchased an expensive Nikon scope form these people which I only just opened on Christmas along with the [.338 Lapua RPR, bi-pod and case] - THE SCOPE WAS DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX!!!!! Since more than 15 days passed they refused to do anything about the broken scope. Not a bargain basement scope - this was nearly $500.00 and just opened! Yes, they were well-priced - SO WHAT? I ordered a new scope for my new rifle. They had it in stock when most online retailers did not, and at a very good price. The scope arrived in a few days but the packaging did not look like a new scope, as the scope had finger prints on it and there was no factory seal on anything, just a plastic case that could be flipped open. The scope looked as though someone had opened it and returned it. After putting the battery in I found that the LED sight did not work. The good thing about their customer service is that they answered quickly and knew the scope was defective immediately. The customer service rep emailed a return UPS label and refunded my money, upon receipt of the nonworking scope. I was impressed with the price, quick delivery and the great customer service. However, it was still a broken scope that I paid $2300 for, so it should be new and functioning, not a returned, defective scope. read more
