Big Lots is another overstock/closeout store that opens in vacant storefronts, so depending on what…read morestore you shop at, it can look like an old Supermarket or an old Department store. Just think of an Ollie's with cleaner locations and slightly more expensive merchandise. Muncy's store is located in a former Supermarket outside of the Lycoming Mall. The store is clean and well organized with a better stock of products (especially food) compared to the Bloomsburg location. Where this store suffers is the lack of space, as the former supermarket is smaller then other stores. The food isles are only one person wide, so if you are larger like me, it makes maneuvering hard. The checkout area is also tight and customers who look like they are in line might just be shopping. Overall the store is nice, just crowded.

Please stop using the inferior toilet tissue that only allows two sheets to be pulled before it shreds. So annoying. So great to have a Starbucks...but if you say you are open at 8:00, someone should be making coffee no later than 7:59. Can't even count how many times no Starbucks staff has been on duty at opening. But I will say that Amanda V. is a perfect barista, very friendly. Why do cashiers always say "did you find what you are looking for?" Don't you think we would have asked the floor staff if we couldn't find something? I'd much rather hear a simple "thank you" when I hand over my $138.99. It doesn't have to be an Academy Award speech, just two simple words. Cashiers rarely state appreciation for the exchange of money, they actually should be thankful consumers are shopping at Target! This is not just Target's problem, it's universal. And annoying.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is one of my favorite places to stop because of the random stuff they have…read more I was excited to hear that Ollie's purchased the former Toys R Us in Pennsdale, as the Williamsport area was one of the few lacking a store. Store is a standalone building with plenty of parking. Building still looks like a Toys R Us, and they still use its former carts. This store has some problems though. Ollie's didn't refinish the floor, so you can still see where the former shelves were. This store is also too small and crowded. Most other new Ollie's are going into bigger buildings then this, so the aisles of this store are too narrow, similar to the Shamokin Dam location. The entrance of the store still uses most of the Toys R Us layout, and its wasted space that should have been reconfigured. Stock was good during my visit and business was brisk, so it's exciting that the Williamsport area has an Ollie's. It feels like the setup and cleanup of the store wasn't fully thought out and needed more attention.

Correct, FROM YOUR STORE. After talking to people online, and over the phone throughout the day, I come to learn that my second item will not come until Friday (2 days after my "same day delivery"). The reason for this? Oh, that item is showing out of stock. Then why allow me to order it? The only type of compensation offered, was a $15 off my NEXT purchase. I didn't check the expiration date at first but noticed the soda tasted off compared to how I remembered it, that's when I checked the date. They decided to refund some of my money instead of the full amount of the items, I wanted them to replace the items but they did not want to go forward with that option. So after driving back to the store and standing in line forever since this store only opens one cashier at a time, I was refunded $5 versus the market value of around $9. Check all the items you buy here because they do not check for expired items and their customer service is terrible.
