I was traveling through the area for work yesterday and stopped at the Target in Muncy, PA to pick up some socks because I forgot to pack them. On my way out I stopped at the in-store Starbucks and the team there was great, so I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. They all seemed to enjoy their job and offered to add anything if I did not love it. While it was a small sample size, it is nice to see a team of young people focused on customer service. I like stopping into Target as I do not have one in close proximity. This store is usually stocked well enough that it's a pleasant experience compared to Walmart. Except today when I couldn't wait to get out of the store as it seemed Target was lax enforcing mask protocols with customers. After walking in, within a few feet of the registers I ran into several unmasked customers. About halfway through shopping, I made the decision that this trip was not worth it and headed for the exit. Exiting, I also ran into several unmasked customers near the checkouts. Target did not have anyone enforcing masks at the entrance, which I suspect was part of the problem. I hope the store fixes this, as it's not time to get lax with a possible end of the pandemic in sight. read more

I'm really starting to love target. I was under the impression it was some high priced overly fancy bunch of stuff but it's actually well priced and some nice quality as well. I plan on shopping here more for sure now. read more

I would give less but this stores cashier supervisor was totally discriminating as a handicapped person. Her name is Katlyn and she was helping all the regular customers check out. But she held me up knowing I was sick and handicapped and needed to leave the store. I guess she also didn't like my husbands hair length. Then she had the nerve to come up to me twice before I could get out of the store to say sarcastic things to me. I couldn't drive for about ten minutes I was crying so bad in the parking lot. You need to train your young people better. A 62 year old handicapped grandmother shouldn't be treated like a dog. read more

I could not be happier to have this store located so close to home. That being said, there are a few tweaks needed. Please stop using the inferior toilet tissue that only allows two sheets to be pulled before it shreds. So annoying. So great to have a Starbucks...but if you say you are open at 8:00, someone should be making coffee no later than 7:59. Can't even count how many times no Starbucks staff has been on duty at opening. But I will say that Amanda V. is a perfect barista, very friendly. Why do cashiers always say "did you find what you are looking for?" Don't you think we would have asked the floor staff if we couldn't find something? I'd much rather hear a simple "thank you" when I hand over my $138.99. It doesn't have to be an Academy Award speech, just two simple words. Cashiers rarely state appreciation for the exchange of money, they actually should be thankful consumers are shopping at Target! This is not just Target's problem, it's universal. And annoying. read more

This target is very clean and have nice and knowledge staff. I like red :) . I like going to this target then the Walmart nearby. Target will match price that sold and shipped by Amazon. read more

I love Target and I'm happy to be living near this location. Compared to its competitors Target is much more clean and organized. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this store. The way it is laid out is similar to all other Target locations. The parking lot is huge so there shouldn't be any problems finding a spot. I like that they sell Pizza Hut pizza as well. I usually find myself taking a small pizza to-go after most shopping trips. They also sell some other food and have a Starbucks at the front of the store. I do not do any grocery shopping here so I cannot comment on their selection of grocery items and produce. Some favorite items of mine to purchase here are DVDs, bedding, home goods, and cosmetics. I hope Target keeps up the great work because this store is a pleasure to shop at. read more

Came down from State College location to pick up two phones we were upgrading. We were excited because with the upgrade came a $250.00 target gift card per phone and we were upgrading 4 phones altogether for a total of $1000.00. For a family of 4 that's a lot of gift card dough at a store that offers food, toiletries, and clothing. Long story short a technicality made it so we could only get the deal/gift-card for one phone only. I was highly upset and frustrated and made it known. The phone reps kept their cool and professionalism and took the time to get to the root of the issue. During this time I excused myself to the parking lot for some fresh air, and an anxiety med. I went back in and by this time my wife had finished the transaction. I apologized for my frustration and acknowledged that I realized it was not their fault personally. Retail employees do NOT have a dream job, crap hours, holidays and weekends. They have to deal with all kinds of people some easy and a lot that are difficult. However, the phone rep that took charge of our situation walked us up front and had us issued a 50 dollar gift card. 50 dollars is a bit shy of what we had expected that morning but it was a most kind gesture from an employee who took his job seriously and compassionately and for that I will shop there with him whenever I'm back home and have any phone needs.
