Then they essentially misplaced my teeth so bad that ill never be able to chew food unless I get all teeth pulled all implants and jaw surgery recentering my law as it is moving because it cant get a bite in. They gave me buck teeth. Why would pronounced plastic surgeons do such a thing. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. THEN they messed up my fmla causing me to loose 3 months income. I was in the middle of a job transfer and the new job cant take risk because of my injuries but they told me the recovery time was 6 weeks. If they had told me I couldn't do the new job for 3 months before my transfer date, I could of had my transfer date changed and stayed at my old job and had income the whole time. They do not care about their patients at all. Not at all. They cause issues where no issues were needed had they communicated my surgery and recovery from the beginning before the surgery but they were too worried about cannabis being in my system and making a huge stink about me having the medical marijuana card instead of properly explaining the surgery and recovery time. They are pieces if crap. Now I got messed up eye for life and instead of being able to chew food in 6 weeks like they said I will need 50 grand and a year more of mouth operations. You'd think plastic surgeons would know better. Even the surgery day was horrible, no doctors came to see me to review anything. The antistegiologist horrified me saying they were going to put a whole in my chest for me to breathe during the surgery which was not true and the surgeon comes running in the operating room scolding everyone for having me back there before he got a chance to talk to me. So ridiculous for all the fancy equipment they sure do treat their patients like shit. If there was a no star rating that's what I would give

It's predominantly white, with only two roses showing in the picture ( so 4 total roses- which they admitted while I was giving them my feedback). When I ordered it, I said that maybe a ribbon or bow would be good. Turns out they put a yellow and white polkadot bow in it. Are you kidding??? Not at all the look I wanted. My brother and family got a bunch of white flowers I could get at a grocery store for $10. -$15. - with a comical bow. I got no acknowledgment when I called Scott's - just justification that they are well established ( ie they know what they are doing) and there were lots of different flowers in the arrangement. But no color!!!! and $80 for 4 roses!!!! - Total rip off. If it were my business, I would at least make a quick call or text me saying they are adding a yellow and white polka dot bow. I would have said "No" . Their total disregard for my feedback and their defensiveness leaves me with one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.

He hurries through my visits spending only a few minutes with me and does not explain what he is doing. He seems to lack confidence and seems confused. He also does not respond to any communications. Overall, he is a below average provider, with absent communication skills, and is clearly not patient focused. Geisinger Eye Clinic seems average but there is no value. My routine eye examinations have resulted in out-of-pocket expenses that average several hundred dollars, even with Geisinger Health Insurance. Would not recommend using this facility. Parking is good however, probably because so few patients use them.
