Unbelievably awful on so many levels!!! I can't imagine where they got 5 star reviews from…read more I went to continue treatment for bioidentical hormones for menopause after moving to PA-all appointments were remote/on the phone. I had an absolutely horrific experience with Natalie. She was incredibly rude, literally yelled angrily at me at one point, and insisted I buy $300 in supplements from their office, even some I already have. It gets worse. She/her staff didn't reveal that there was a $95 monthly 'maintenance fee' until after I had the initial consult, did blood labs, had a follow up consult to go over labs, and was transferred to the front desk to pay (a HIPAA violation in not being transparent about that fee prior to my appointment). When I asked why the fee, they said "to go over future lab results/make recommendations", however, after a 6 week follow up after starting the new hormone/supplement regime, they admitted I'd only need to do labs every 6 months. So I'd be paying $570 every 6 months for 1 consult?? I also paid $150 for the consult I'd just had, but then there was another $95 fee?? They asked me several times if I wanted to bill insurance for my labs or pay through their office (which seemed very odd) without explaining that they ordered my blood draw at Quest Labs at my request (a participating provider on my insurance) but had them processed elsewhere (I'm still trying to find out if that lab is on my insurance), or that one test can cost "thousands of dollars" if not covered, and that they have "a deal" with this other lab, so not using insurance could cost me less (another HIPAA violation in not explaining this to me prior to having my labs done) until I called the office back to tell them how upset I was at the way I was treated by Natalie. At that point their staff member tried to excuse her yelling by saying "another patient was there making a lot of background noise, so Natalie raised her voice". When I reminded her that discussing my medical care in front of another patient was a HIPAA violation (#3!), she tried to backpedal and said "the patient *probably* couldn't hear what Natalie was saying". Natalie would barely let me get a word in during our consult as I tried to explain my allergies to certain medications and supplements, and other pertinent points re: my medical history. When I insisted she let me speak, that's when she began to yell. I've never been so poorly treated by a member of the medical community. I plan to file a complaint with the Medical Board. Meanwhile, others need to know what kind of treatment they'll face with this horrible woman, their dishonesty, and the way they try to milk people for money. I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.

Most folks do not like when they have to go to medical facilities--myself included. Many times a…read morevisit is necessitated for tragic, human illnesses like my dads stroke. And that is why I am here now, and can review WRMC. WRMC, also known as UPMC Williamsport, is a beautiful, recently constructed medical campus very close to downtown Williamsport. During dad's stay, the medical attendees, nurses, physician assistants, social services, and doctors were all very friendly and personable--taking the time to get to know dad the patient, and also visitors such as mom and myself. They always asked if there were any questions or anything they could do to make our visit (or stay) more comfortable. The facilities--the waiting areas, the hallways, the patients room & bathroom--are modern and cared for with a consistent emphasis on cleanliness. I am confident this would be the case even when we are well past the COVID-19 pandemic. Dads meals were all served warm, and he enjoyed them enough to eat as much as he could. Hospitals are not resorts, so gourmet meals should not be expected--regardless, meals appeared to be of good quality. Parking is plentiful, and appears not something you must worry about. I was surprised that WRMC hospital parking had so many handicapped spaces still available during the daytime. I am grateful that WRMC is here, and is a great place for folks to receive quality healthcare!

Spent a lot of money and it didn't help, ended up throwing away my glasses cause they made my vision worse. Noticed I really needed to get them checked again and some friends recommended me here, best decision ever. Connie is the best, I could tell when I talked to her on the phone they really care about people and providing a great service, it's not about money. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Talamo is very thorough and is not in a rush. He makes you feel comfortable and never makes you feel like you are a bother. You know by the end of the exam you got the best quality exam ever. He explains everything well and is very kind, respectful and has a good sense of humor. What I love about here is he actually lets you see what your prescription will be like and what you can expect when you get glasses. They are honest and don't push you to buy just to make a profit. Also when your glasses come in he takes the time to size them to your face where they are so comfortable you barely notice them. Connie was so helpful with helping me pick out glasses, she had great recommendations but was never pushy, the perfect balance. I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket and it was very reasonable, can't complain at all. Your appointment will take longer than other places but it is so worth the time. I will be a lifelong customer that's for sure.
