Reception staff is cheerful & friendly,always.Appointment time is nearly no wait time. Clean & relaxing,beautiful atmosphere. Care was top notch. Drs. have many years of experience. Also,friendly & accommodating. I had a questionable area on my leg.Dr assed it,removed it comfortably & sent it for biopsy.I was instructed how to care for it & given a script for cream to apply.Mary Ann,the nurse, assisted & was very helpful to Dr.Schleicker.Both were cheerful & put answered all my concerns.Proceedure eas painless.I was notified within a few days it was benign. My insurance paid for the procedure. I returned for a follow up appt. for a recheck.It was a successful surgery,no scar & did the growth was checked for cancer.It benign & did not regrow. Been there for surgery and cryo removal of basal cells. Dr. Kabel and Dermatologist Megan Harris are the best. I have used them for years and followed them from a prior medical facility. They make an unpleasant situation as best as could be. Would give them 10 stars if possible. read more

Tied to make an appt online DIdint get a code Then i tried the chat the guy toldme to cal my provider lol Can you imagine I said can i have the phone number no response I have never seen anything like this in my life to make an appt You need to lose the website log in that doesnt work THen the guy tells me to download the app on my cell phone I said I have enough apps on my phone just give me the phone number No response I had to google for the phone numner and had to leave a msg This is no way to run a business especially for people who have had skin cancer I tried to cancel the appt that I had made left multiple messages Good luck trying to fond a number for them So I sent a messae to them I sent 2 messages one for antoher reason THen today I get a BILL in the mail fo r50 dollars for a NO SHOW lol Stay away from this place read more

I went to this place to get multiple ear lobe cysts removed at once. The doctor looked me in the face and told me he would not remove them all at one time. (MAX PROFIT) I was fine with having half an ear to have the pearls in my ear lobe removed. I voiced my concern that they would have to do multiple surgery's in the same spot in my ear (A very small and soft place) He removed only one, charged a 19 year old college student $1400 and told me to come back and have the rest removed. I will never return and will never refer anyone I know to this location. I had to wear a N-95 on the side of my head while wearing another one covering my mouth and nose. It was humiliating. I will die with these cysts in my ear. read more

Leola location is a scam. So unprofessional. Never called me back in regards to medication. Told me to get an intense blood work up. Showed a doctor in the ER and they said it all was not needed. Never saw a doctor, only a NP and I was not impressed. Prescribed medication that cost 1300.00 but was told I could get it in Philly for ten or twenty dollars...but never got the call to order it. Once I googled the medication, it was not a common use for my problem. So I'm done with them and you should stay clear. The first visit the nurse assistant forgot to call my script in. Had to call her and remind her the nest day. Then my pharmacist called and said they didn't carry that drug any longer. Say what? So shady...shady. Too bad. We need a place to go that doesn't take three months to get in, but it's worth the wait to see a real medical facility. read more

I will never go back. I went to have skin tags removed. I explained how they were removed previously, cut off, and was given the choice of freezing or burning. It was never explained to me how painful it would be after the procedure. Or how uncomfortable it would be even 4 days after, making something as simple as putting on deodorant difficult. Or how discolored the tags would get making it nearly impossible to take my shirt off in public. And it was never told to me that it would take 10-14 days for the tags to fall off. In other words, I will never be returning. read more
